Reggie Bush, then maybe Aaron Rodgers.
Leinart had a lot of talent around him last year, and his best WRs are gone, he will not post those numbers again.

When I saw Bush play in his 1st game last year I said, "this guy is ganna be a top 5 pick when he declares", but I don't think he will win Pac-10 POTY. It has to be Linehart I think he has a great shot to win the heisman, why wouldn't he win Pac-10 POTY?

He had so much talent around him last year that he simply had to hurl the ball up into the air and get a TD. It will not happen this year with his 2 best WRs gone.

I don't care what you guys say I'm saying Leinart. You guys bash Leinart for his performance against Va. Tech yet he had 3 TD's and 282 yards passing against a good team in a hostile environment.......
