To refresh your memory: LSU (13-1,7-1) USC (12-1,7-1) LSU-won the national title game USC-defeated michigan in the Rose Bowl Note- USC had the 110th ranked pass defense in the nation LSU had the 1st ranked total, and scoring defense Offense slight edge to USC, however LSU beat the two common opponents by a larger margin. LSU played 5 ranked teams USC played 2 On a side note LSU also beat USC on the road. (South Carolina----USC)

Never been any question in my mind. LSU would have torn USC apart if they'd gone to the Sugar Bowl, probably even worse than they tore apart OU.

Miami woulda beat either one of those sissies last year. You lost to Tennessee at home. Good Job. You would not have beaten LSU last year. You might have beaten USC by 50, but we will never know. Personally I think you would have beaten USC by about 14-21.

Who cares, it is over and done with and there is nothing that can done to change what has happened. You just need move on and get over it. I have heard way to many LSU fans complain about it (on other boards) and its getting old to hear about.

Now, why is that? Because they lost to a sissy Cal team? Because they only had to play Michigan for their title? You have to back that up. Oh, and since the NCAA page says that the BCS determines the National Championship, then USC doesn't have anything but a bunch of liberal media people giving them some trophy.
