I really think Texas Tech has a good chance pulling the upset especially if they play as well as they did against Nebraska. I really dont know who will win but it will help Tech that they are at home,

Texas had problems with Texas Tech last year so if the RED RAIDERS get a lead texas may have problems in this one.Texas has no passing game.

Texas hasnt had very many good wins this year. And their only road win of the year was at Arkasas where they barely won. I wouldnt be surpised if Tech wins

Tech nearly pulled off the upset last year, but I don't think they will come that close again this year. Tech still has NO defense, and UT will run up and down the field at will. UTs defense is somewhat improved over last year, and should be able to contain the Tech passing game to a certain extent. This game may be close, but it will not be as close as it was last year. My prediction: Texas 38---Texas Tech 27.

It didn't improve enough to beat Texas. Texas's offense isnt as good as it used to be either. Its gonna be a high scoring game, and fun to watch

Tech's for real. TTU wins this one by a touchdown, at least.

My prediction: Texas 38---Texas Tech 27. I beg to differ... Tech has a defense and it's pretty good this season as well. The thing is Tech's team thrives off momentum especially at home. Once the offense starts rolling the rest of the team follows suit. The defense steps up and the special teams give the offense a short field to work with. You can say UT has a better defense than us Im not arguing that. But if we get ahead early its gonna be tough game for them. Also you're saying what poeple say before the 2003 Tech vs A&M game at The Jones. If A&M got anything going on the ground they would win. Since it's not like Tech's defense is stopping any body. Final score for that one was 59-28 Tech.

TCU, NM, Nebraska, etc. The only team youve played with a better than decnt offense is OU, and you still are only ranked 39th in the nation. I just dont see you stopping Benson and the running of Young. However, I do think your offense will keep the game close and at Jones anythiong could happen... Im predicting the upset: TT- 31 tu- 28

I didnt get the chance to watch the game but I was suprised when I saw that Texas won by 30 points. I am not surprised that Texas won, I just thought it would be much closer.

so much for that great Tech Defense I never said it was great but it has improved from the last few years. Maybe they just looked better against Nebraska since our offense is inept.
