Yep, good thing we have this bye. We were playing without 3 starters on defense today, James, Welsch, and Cribbs. Hopefully all of them will be back for Minnesota.

The problem for Wisconsin is even if they go undefeated, they have almost zero chance at a National title game because of Auburn, Miami and OU (all would crush Wisconsin IMO). They wont get above those teams as long as those teams dont lose.

I agree. Being in the Big Ten keeps us from playing the power houses from the southern divisions.

They wont get above those teams as long as those teams dont lose. How would they crush UW? In order to crush a team doesn't that mean you need to score a lot of points? Well the most points UW has given up this season is 17 and that was to one of the best offenses in the country in Purdue.
