So, the November MVP should go to Xanusus right now. Damn, what eloquent points you make. However, reasoning with UTE doesn't help. You see, he has no logic. He just says "ugh, we 8-0. must be best team in nation. ugh". Sort of like the logic the Boise State people have for them getting into the BCS. The only way Utah doesn't get demolished in a BCS bowl should they make it is to WVU. And that isn't saying much. Oh to beat a Maryland team that has 5 (that beat FSU when not turning it over) turnovers by only 3 points. What a powerhouse. Actually you are the Neanderthal while my faculties and apptitude are far superior to yours or anyone else on this board. Every one loves to attack me because my team is good and most of yours are not.FACT! Utah would beat most if not all of the teams in the top 10 FACT! The reason most of our Opponents D is so low if because they play High Powered offenses including ours. Yes New Mexico is the best defense we have played this year, but their D is actually top 25 prob top 15, they held us to 28 Tex Tech to 24 and Oregon St to 17. (but UNM's Offense IS one of the Worst in the NATION) Im just waiting for UTAH to win the BSC Bowl game and watch everyone complain and make lame excuses.

No, UNM does not have a top 15 defense. And no, they are not ranked so low because they play high powered offenses like Utah. They play Utah, who is putting up points, and they play other teams, who aren't really. What is the MWC out of conference record? Other than Utah, it is not what you would call spectacular. Your faculties and aptitude are superior? Simply stunning. I would tend to disagree, or you would realize why us (and the media, and the coaches) pretty much agree that while Utah is having a good year, they aren't among the top teams in the nation just yet. Jeff Sagarin says your schedule is 62 in the nation. That puts you in the bottom half.

Actually he is right, UNM is a top 15 Defense in reality. No one has yet to score more than 28 points on us and most are kept to 21 or lower points per game against us.

I seriously doubt you would give my boys much of a scare at all. We would roll all over you. Fact, you haven't faced a defense yet. NC's defense is a prime example. You don't drop to the #117 ranked defense off one game unless you already had a low rated defense in the first place. They had that crap defense before you guys played them.
But just to put this into perspective for you, I'm going to show you why your logic is faulty. I've read many posts by Utah fans showing how they are better than Wisconsin and other teams based on common opponents. They point to the scores of common opponents and say "see I told you so." So let's use that same logic model and look at some games. Purdue beats Notre Dame 41-16 WOW! Michigan LOSES to Notre Dame 20-28
According to your logic Purdue should beat the hell out of Michigan right? WRONG!
Michigan 16 Purdue 14.
Wait there's more: Texas A&M beats Iowa St. 34-3 Baylor LOSES to Iowa St. 25-26
According to your logic TAMU would kill Baylor right? WRONG! Baylor 35 TAMU 34(nice defense there A&M)
Here's another one: FSU beats Syracuse 17-14 (ok nice 3 point win there,NOT!) Virginia beats Syracuse 31-10(significantly better win than FSU)
Virginia should beat FSU right? WRONG! FSU 36 Virginia 3
Now let me throw your logic right back at you since you guys love to use that "well we beat so and so by this much so we are better than so and so" so you can see how stupid it really is.
Utah beats UNLV 63-28( margin of victory: 35 points) Tenn beats UNLV 42-17(margin of victory: 25 points) Auburn beats Tenn 34-10(Margin of victory: 24 points)
Or in other words Auburn would be 49 points better than UNLV which would mean that they would be 14 points better than Utah.
Or if you don't like that how about this: Cal beats Air force 56-14(42 point margin of victory) Utah beats Air force 49-35(14 point margin of victory)
Funny how Cal did better offensively AND defensively against Air force than you guys since you like to use that kind of logic.
Here's another example: Cal beats Arizona 38-0(38 point margin of victory) Utah beats Arizona 23-6(17 point margin of victory)
Yet again Cal did better both on offense AND defense than you guys.
Yet you want to come in here and claim that Utah can beat anyone in the top 10? Should I go on because I will seriously trash whatever you throw out there with your superior faculties and intelligence. How about them apples?

Sorry to burst your bubble LOBOFLYER.
New Mexico ranks #29 in scoring defense and moved up a bit from last week to #32 in overall defense.

There are alot of falicies in your syllogisms xansus. What is your team by the way? And as far as apptitude goes, why dont you and UTE take a MENSA IQ test and settle that argument. 29th aint bad for scoring D, our rushing D is 19th! Too bad our Offense cant do squat. Maybe I can start a website FIREROCKYLONG.COM GO LOBOS!

It's spelled "fallacies" not "falicies". If you're going to try impress me with big words at least spell them correctly. By the way there's nothing wrong with what I stated in my post. Learn reading comprehension please. If you're referring to the part of my post where I start in on the auburn bit. then you need to read a few lines above that where I preface what I am about to say with "Now let me throw YOUR LOGIC right back at you since you guys love to use that "well we beat so and so by this much so we are better than so and so" so you can see how stupid it really is.

Maybe maybe not. But if we do lose it will be to top6 Georgia. No shame in that. At least we actually play top 10 teams unlike some teams I won't mention.

I am just happy we came close to beating you. 10-9.... Poor LSU. Oh well, you entire team is pretty much gone next year, and the SEC West will again be ours.

Maybe I can start a website FIREROCKYLONG.COM GO LOBOS! The MENSA IQ test is held only during supervised private sessions. It would be difficult for someone to broadcast their scores, since it doesn't come out with a number. They simply say "Yes you can join, or No, you can't". I was referring earlier to Xanasus's stats saying that UNM doesn't have a top 15 defense. You still haven't indicated that they are, only saying that they have a top 19 run defense. We could just compare other standardized test scores, such as the SAT, ACT, GRE, MCAT, and LSAT. Since I have taken all those. But it wouldn't prove anything, because I'm not going to fax him the scores, or scan them in and post them here. So he just needs to accept that his logic is fallacious (UTE's).
