I'm not. The reasons he left are still there (Foley). He won't command the salary he had, and the scrutiny would be very intense. If he didn't succeed in his first year, people would have said "He can't cut it anymore".
I think he should coach the Dolphins. He would do better than Wannstedt.

Smart move, go back and coach in the L. Yeah he had a rough 1st outing, but not many coaches have awesome sucess in the L right away.

My money's on Urban Meyer getting the job now. I am sure that Florida will at least try to get him or at least look at the possibility. If he leaves, Utah's program will go back to average like it was been most of the time.

Coach Superior actually made the right decision.
What exactly could he accomplish at FL that he already hasn't done? At best were he to return there he's looking at some decent seasons but I doubt seriously he could do better than his first tenure there. The SEC began to catch up to his fun 'n' gun offense his last few seasons anyways. He would no longer be able to dominate like his earlier years at Florida. He made the smart move.
Florida should look at some other successful coaches. In order:
1)Urban Meyer(Utah) 2)Jeff Tedford(Cal) 3)Bobby Petrino(Louisville) 4)Dan Hawkins(Boise St.)
All of the above coaches have taken less talent and made good football teams anyways. Could you imagine how they'd do given the talent pool Florida can pull in?
