I still dont agree with that but whatever, Wallace is the best defensive player in the league in my opinion but like I said it's just my opinion. It's just hard to decide between them two I guess.

What don't you understand?
Ask anyone in the league besides a Piston player and they will tell you who the best is. Ron Artest is the best defender in the L right now, no if's and's or butt's about it. Clifford Robinson is a better post defender then Ben Wallace. Just because you get rebounds doesnt make you any better a defender. Ben gets rebounds because he gets in postion like no other....And Blocks? Just think Theo Ratliff, bad defender but leads the L in blocks. Ron Artest can defend anyone (besides Paul Pierce). He's a dominant 1 on 1 defender, but don't let those big rebound numbers fool you. I'd rather have Kevin Garnett or Tim Duncan for DPY over Ben Wallace.

Exactly. Wing players can't dominte? BS. Ron Artest can shut down Kobe/Tracy with no trouble...But thats not domination? Domination for Ben Wallace is his rebound and block numbers. sue artest can shut down kobe and keep him to 15-20 points compared to his usual 30, but posts can keep a whole team from scoring 110 to about 80 if they can change the other teams shot and keep them out of the paint, that's what i'm talking about, not just shutting down one player but shutting down a whole team

How do you keep guys from going to the paint? You have perimeter defenders for that very reason!..Wallace isn't a very good ball defender and like Danny Fortson just swings back and forth in the paint swatting shots and grabbing bricks....Thats part of the reason he gets so many rebounds because he waits for a guy to miss....Unlike Tim Duncan wh plays solid defense and gets 12 a game almost every game.

At this point in the season IMO,
MVP: KG
COTY: Sloan
ROY: Carmelo
MIPOTY: Zach
DPOTY: Artest
SMOTY: Gary Trent Has made a huge difference in the T-Wolves on both ends of the court.

That ruined your post for me. Finally somebody for Artest.

DPOTY = KG
he is the only one who can guard all 5 positions effictively. Leading league in defensive rebounds, 8th in blocks, he avgs 1.29 steals wich is .7 less then Artest. One stat you dont see much is +/- differential. KG is +254 points this year. Yes some of that can be attributed to his offense, but a huge part of it is his defense.

Adelman has talent, and Brad Miller just needed more minutes.

So what if he has talent, his team is doing better than almost everyone elses. Also, if you ever watch Kings games, the way he gets people to play offense, and move with or without the ball is awesome. The back cut's, and passing is amazing. They are the most unselfish team in the league. Just because he has some talent on his team, does not mean he should get any less consideration than every other coach in the league.

I'm sorry, i put that wrong, the King's have a better record and win percentage than every other team in the league.
