I'm going with what I have said the whole time the Yanks. When everyone was so high on the Socks I knew the Yanks would pull somethin off and the Socks always r gettin cursed so I think Yanks will always be a more dominate team then the Socks. Atleast under George.

The Yankess may have the most talented team off all time in sports history. It suprised me last year that they didnt win it all. Now they have a much better team and the talent got more spreaded around this year.
-Kevin Brown - Gary Sheffield - Alex Rodriguez
... Those 3 right there are near/ are all-star quality. Already adding to a VERY good Yankees roster. Baseball NEEDS a salary cap.
The Phillies made some big moves this year. They got Billy Wagner: a very good closer, which the Phillies most needed. Doug Glanville: A above average fielder and a solid lead-off man. Tim Worrell: Much needed addition to the pitching squad. Eric Milton: Another solid pitcher who will help close games... those are some big additions. They get my vote for team to go further than people expect.
The Red Sox recieved a HUGE addition of Schilling. And now have 17 players on there roster around the age of 27-32. And if you think about it, thats alot of players around the age of there prime. Kim(I wont try his 1st name) has alot of expirence with the all-star game and he has played in a world-series.
They also have very solid vets like: Jason Varitek, Johnny Damon, Keith Foulke, David Ortiz, Kevin Millar, Bill Mueller, Trot Nixon and Derek Lowe. They might not stack up to the Yanks on paper, but the freakin' Marlins won it last year and no way did they compare to them on paper. Then again, no one ever compares to the Yankees every year on paper.
P.S- I dont know if its still on the site, but ESPN is predicting the Rockies to be last years Marlins, and 2 years ago Angels. Talked about how they get alot of people back from injury and minor league players. I forget what all it said, but it was a good article. You should try and look for it.

Wow 3-0 for the Yanks, a few months ago I was the only one thinkin Yanks would still pull out in the end. Soxs might end up with a better record in the regular season just cause dominate pitching is so good vs shitty teams ect... when some teams with 1 ace can play them against good teams and steal a win, but in the playoffs the Yankees WILL always beat the Sox.
