Bobby Cox. They lost so much and got off to a rough start but they turned it around and won the division.

Tony will stick now that I have thought of it Coxs won't win because they got off to a bad start I think Tony did a great job this year and this should be any easy win for him

Garner. The Astros were left for dead and no one gave them a shot at the playoffs. Now they are in after a great last few months.

The only reason Astros even made playoffs is because the Cubs choked bad at the end of the season.

How is it just because of the Cubs? They just beat out the Giants and Padres. They swept the Cards with Pujols and all them still playing. How about they stepped it up instead of the Cubs choking. I think it was more of a curse then choking anyway.

And it does help that the top team loses 7 out of their last 9 games, the Astros did finish on a streak but there would have been no way that they would have won if it wasnt for the Cubs choking.

That bold shows that there is a curse. You think choking every year is a coinsodence? I don't.

Whether the cubs choked or not, the Astros still played themselves into the playoffs. They went on a streak and got themselves to the spot to have a shot if someone blew it (Cubs). Garner should get the credit he deserves for getting the Astros ready to play despite the fact many people thought they were too far back to do anything.
