I said before the playoffs started Yankees would beat the RedSox in some sort of dramtic fashion in 7 and then win the WS. I don't care if they have pitching or not they are the Yankees you can NEVER count them out like almost EVERYONE did. 90% of people didn't think they would beat the Twins.

Red Sox in 7. This year they have Schilling, and the Yankees don't have Clemens or Petitte. Starting pitcher will be the difference and the Sox will win because of it.

99% of people said they didn't have the pitching to beat the Twins who have 2 top pitchers in the AL and they beat them pretty easily. They are the Yankees!!! You forget everything goes their way... They will win this series and the RedSox and Cubs will never win a WS. The NL will not win the WS either.

Thats what Yankee fans said last year and look who took home the championship.

The Yanks got 3 quality starts from Mussina, Leiber, and Brown against the Twins... I think the pitching won't let them down as much as people think it will against the Sox (and yes I know the Twins don't have a lineup like Boston does). Rivera might miss Tues. game, but that might not matter with Schilling on the mound anyway. Pedro won't pitch as well as he did against the Angels now that he is back in the colder northeast. I say Yanks in 6, with Schilling beating them both games he pitches.

I don't like the Yankees I just know how good they are. They have good pitchers who have had a rough year. All they need are solid starts from them and they will win almost every game.
