i am hoping that this series turns out to be a good one since the yanks will win the other one and go to the world series for the 5,000,000th time.

Comeback time. Clemens and Oswalt prolly pitch game 6 and 7... If they can stretch it that long they have a good shot to win the NLCS.

If Roy can win, Backe has pitched awesome at home then go to Clemens and Roy in 6 and 7... Could look real nice if Roy can tie the series up.

ASTROS WIN!!!!! the stros now lead the series 3-2!!!! Brandon Backe threw a 1 hitter through 8 innings!! Jeff Kent hit a 3 run homer in the bottom of the 9th to win it 3-0!!!!
GO ASTROS!!!!!!!

Not suprising, Backe has pitched that well at home all season. Now I didn't think he would go 8 innings with 1 hit, but him getting the win isn't suprising at all.

Cards win game 6 6-4 to tie the series at 3 games each. Edmonds got the game winning walk-off home run in the 12th inning
