Wade doesnt need to take as many shots to score as many points, look at shooting percentage, and Wade is also a much better defender then carmelo, noone talks about how lebron isnt that great of defender either, they just talk about his offense

Those stats really dont have a lot to do with being a 1 on 1 defender, you dont really get a whole lot of steals or blocks from that, you get that more off the ball, so i guess youd hafta see him play to know about his defense, and i really dont think lebron and carmelo are a whole lot better on offense, the only reason they score more is cause they shoot more

ugh i can see why people are saying that about lebron, but i dont really think of carmelo as that, i see him as just a little better glenn robinson, in 3 years people will be saying the 2 best players from this class are lebron and wade

If you think about it, Wade probably isn't that great of defense. Im guessing they are starting Wade at PG? Not sure though...
Pg- Wade Sg- Jones Sg- Butler Pf- Lamar C- Grant
Is that right? But I know Rafer gets decent minutes and he obviously plays PG. With them 2 in, they are very small. Forcing Wade to cover bigger players, because he is only 6'4". I would imagine he gets scored on alot and shot over because of taller SG's. Probably takin into the post too. Thats where you kinda lose him between Carmelo and LeBron.
LeBron is a huge PG and plays only medioce defense. Wade can be the best on the ball defender in the world, that wont stop people from shooting over him. LeBron covers alot of SG's instead of PG's because of size, speed etc... LeBron's defense is IMO the worst part of his game.
Carmelo is a 6'7" SF playing in the WEST. That hurts him alot. Alot of people are overlooking the fact that Carmelo has to deal with 6'9"-6'10" SF's in the WEST every night. Melo' is a fairly decent post player, and is scoring 20 points a night from mid-range shots and post plays. Net necessarily post moves, because he doesn't have any I dont think.(He just faces em and drives from the post)....on 6'9'-6'10" guys.
Size is a huge factor in all 3 players games...

Wade has a monster wing span. He also has a huge vertical. That makes up for his size

NBA.com's rookie rankings are BS....Wade might be more fundamentally sound but LeBron is king....The Heat couldn't beat the Pacers in a playoff game...How? Win with Caron Butler and Lamar Odom? HaHa.

Butler may suck, but odom is a quality player, the stats dont lie, and who is artest gonna cover, wade or odom?

Oh please, the Heat....Jermaine O'Neal/Al Harrington/Ron Artest/Jonathan Bender/Jeff Foster....They could throw anyone out there and the Heat would get smoked....How you can even think of the Pacers beating the Heat is rediculous.
