The Dallas Mavericks traded Antoine Walker and Tony Delk for Jason Terry and Alan Henderson. Terry can play either PG or SG for the Mavs, but I have also heard this could be a precursor to the Mavs trying to get Kidd from the Nets......what are your thoughts on this?

Hmm, intresting trade.
On Dallas's Side -----------------------
Well, the Mavericks needed to pick up a PG, and I really like Terry. He is a very nice player, good all-around guy.
Walker is a nice player, but they didn't really need him, like they needed a PG.
They already have good F/C's in Nowitzki, Najera, Stackhouse(G/F), Laetner, Howard, etc.
SO this is a nice trade for the Mavericks.
On Atlanta's Side ------------------------
Tony Delk, will look to be their new PG (i think), and that will be questionable.
But they should be very strong down low, with Harrignton and Walker.
I think they might of wanted to hang on to Terry, but was their money problems?
They will have to have hope in Delk, if he plays well, then they should be fine.

Jason Terry is not a shooting guard and actually prefers to play point guard. I feel bad for any team that has to put up with Antoine Walker. I hate his game more then any player in the league, he is agonizing to watch.
G- Jason Terry G- Michael Finley F- Jerry Stackhouse F- Dirk Nowitzki C- Who knows.

Don't forget Daniels and Howard on the bench. They might start Pavel too if they don't get a big man even tho he isn't NBA starting ready.
