If you want to be ROY you have to score points. Devin Harris in Dallas won't do that, Harris won't even be starting so I don't understand how Harris is going to get enough minutes to average at least 12, 5,2 a game.
Dwight Howard might have been the first pick but he is very raw.
Ben Gordon is every bit as good as Devin Harris, better on offense and will get great playing time.

Ok, my non-bias selection is Emeka Okafor, he is the only player that I see doing good on the Bobcats, he will get over 10 rebounds a game and probably around 15 points if not more. Ben Gordon is a good player, he also will have to share some time though, it looks as if Luol Deng will be playing SG and they also have Chris Duhon and Kirk Hinrich at PG so I think a person like Okafor would be better then him. Howard is also pretty raw, he won't be used to playing NBA calibur players, I know LeBron did good but Howard was a post guy, he won't have such an easy time down low in the NBA, he will have to rely on a suspect jumper. Mobley, Francis and a healthy Hill will also take away from his scoring, not to mention the Magic's depth at forward.

In camp Howard as been kind of off. Okafor will most likely be hurt for a nice chunk of the season, he just seems like that kind of player so far. Him getting 15, 10. Doubt it.
