i just bought espn college hoops, and started a legacy right away, here's the starting lineup:
Blake Stepp Tony Skinner Adam Morrison Ronny Turiaf Cory Violette
i'm playing on the medium level out of three levels and i'm playing 15 minute halfs
our preseason ranking is #13
i will play the game whenever so don't expect a report every day or anything

Gonzaga 79 Duke 76
leading scorers:
Cory Violette 24 points 17 rebounds 5 assists 12-19 FG
Blake Stepp 15 points 7-14 FG
Adam Morrison 14 points 3 assists 7-12 FG
Ronny Turiaf 10 points 4 rebounds 5-5 FG
Tony Skinner 6 points 5 assists
this was a crazy game, jj reddick was 5-7 from 3's and that really kept me from pulling away, i trailed most of the game and was down one by half time, they extended their lead to 8 with like 6 minutes left and i had my doubts but blake stepp scored 10 of his 15 down the stretch including a key three pointer,i was scared because i turned the ball over on an inbound play with 12 seconds to go but luckily duhon missed the three and i pulled out a win, the biggest lead in the game was 8, which pretty much means it was close the whole time
of course my player of the game goes to cory violette with 24 points 17 rebounds and 5 assists
i'm really proud that i was able to beat a top team in my first game ever
my next game is against wake forest, i tampered with the schedule so i would play the top teams if you're wondering

it seems like as skinner's shooting goes up stepp's shooting goes down as stepp has another off night and skinner has another on night, knight stepped in for morrisons injury and played well
i am now 8-0, and am considering moving up to the hardest difficulty setting as the games are starting to get easier, do you guys think i should, or are these games still interesting?

gonzaga 88 stanford 98
leading scorers:
cory violette 27 points 15 rebounds 4 blocks 4 assists 1 steal 13-22 FG
ronny turiaf 19 points 10 rebounds 3 assists 1 steal 8-18 FG
blake stepp 15 points 6 assists 3 rebounds 7-25 FG 0-13 3PT
erroll knight 13 points 4 rebounds 2 assists 1 block 6-8 FG
player of the game: cory violette 27 points 15 rebounds 4 blocks
this one hurts, a double over time loss to stanford, since it was such a good game and a loss, i will go into more detail than usual:
i was up 34-20 at halftime, they then went on a 20-10 run to close it to 44-40, after a stanford layup with two minutes left in the game made it 63-62 zags, stepp went coast-to-coast to make it 65-62, stanford then made a three on the next possesion to tie it up, turiaf made a key lay in with 26 seconds left to give me a 2 point lead, a stanford player got a wide open jump shot wth 15 seconds to tie it up, and with 3 seconds left turiaf missed a wide open layup and we're going to the first over time, down by 6 with 2 minutes left i tied it up with 10 seconds left by a knight humpshot, and we go to 2OT tied at 81, i lost both turiaf and skinner to injuries in the first overtime, which is really bad because turiaf was carrying the team in overtime and to go along with the injury to morrison i was left to depend on stepp ( who is struggling horribly right now) and violette. violette did his best but couldn't single handidly beat the entire stanford team and we lost it in 2OT. i think i was destined to lose this game, all of the injuries, stepp struggling, me changing the sliders, it all comes down to the zags losing to stanford in real life, it was supposed to happen, unfortunately i am also playing st joes this season too, wish me luck, morrison is out 2 weeks, turiaf is out one week and skinner will be back for the next game , AGAINST ST JOES IF I REMEMBER RIGHT, i am now 8-1
