Live... Please before ESPN football came out people were like OMFG the graphics and gameplay are insane and the game is going to be 10x better then Madden. Well even tho it was cheaper most people would rather have gotten just Madden and I see the same thing happening here.

Graphics are one thing, but Live has:
-Freestyle dunk mode -All Star weekend -Freestyle rebound/block shot -Different movements without the ball -Better facial expressions -The game uses actual money now, not a point system -Better arena views
Yeah, so Live beats down ESPN.

Wow. NBALive has a money system but FA is so flawed that it's a joke.
ESPN2k5 has a money system. ESPN has much better graphics ESPN's gameplay is much smoother. ESPN HAS A MIDRANGE GAME.
FreeStyle? Don't really care. All-Star weekend? It's a nice feature but it's something your only going to be able to do 1 time a year. Rookie/Soph game, big deal, Dunkmode, nice but very unrealistic.

Graphics are improved to an already good set of graphics.
They improved gameplay, so that you use every button on the controller, and both analog sticks are used. I dont think you even use them in ESPN. And ESPN's shot blocking is sooo unrealistic.
And just because you dont care about freestlye, doesnt mean anyone else doesnt. Thats probably everyones oponion of the best feature of all basketball games of all time.
ESPN's heights and weights are off by a mile. And there rankings for players are insane.
And ESPN spends too much time worrying about create a player when you cant do very much detail to the players, besides that 24/7 mode.

And have you done the dunk thing yet? So how do you know its unrealistic? No dunk in that is unrealistic. You can do elbow dunks and 360's and all that. How is that unrealistic?

espn's not only better for the price, its better period. the dunk mode in live sounds cool, but i wouldnt buy it just for that. espn has better gameplay and graphics. i like its franchise mode better too. i'm not a huge espn fan, cuz their football game blows compared to madden, and ea is better in every sports game, besides basketball. espn just has them beat. and hey, its $20. plus, that 24/7 mode is cool. could be a game all by itself.
