I think they are very good but San Antonio will keep them out. They didn't add anyone in the off-season but KG should keep them into the Western Finals.

Wolves and Spurs last year were close. Now the Spurs have Barry, and Troy Hudson is back. I think those two are what will come down to whos better.

No way do the Timberwolves beat the Spurs. Tony Parker, Brent Barry, Emanuel Ginobili, Bruce Bowen, Tim Duncan, Nesterovic, Beno.

It will be between the Wolves and Spurs this year. Both teams did very well last year, and while both teams made minimal upgrades during the season they both kept the teams that won them both nearly 60 games in tact. The Spurs added Brent Barry, a sharpshooter and a very good contributer. The Wolves didnt neccesarily add anyone, but baring injuries they now have Hudson and Cassell back, which with both those guys or maybe even just one of those guys in for the entire Western Conference Series last year I think the Wolves would have won. So I am going to say it will come down to the Wolves and Spurs. The one who comes away with it all will be which team can play better as a TEAM.

I think this is the Twolves year. They make it to the finals with KG carrying them on his back.

KG is finally in his prime. I still don't think there going to be healthy enough to do it.

I think the West will go through Minnesota this year. SA is good but if Duncan or Parker goes down they are screwed. They also dont have great depth. Minnesota's 3-headed monster of KG, E.T. aka Sam Cassel, and Spree are downright scary.

And the Wolves aren't screwed if Kevin Garnett gets hurt? If Cassell gets hurt? At least SA has some depth to lean on.
Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Emanuel Ginobili, Radoslav Nesterovic, Brent Barry, Bruce Bowen, Beno Udrih, Robert Horry....Thats decent depth.
Kevin Garnett, Sprewell, Cassell, Hudson, Earvin Johnson, Trenton Hassell, Wally, Hoiburg.
If Hudson and Wally can stay injury free.
