favre problem is INT but that is cause he is so good at the long ball as of late he just gets to happy to see that he may make that pass he is to Happy. Favre overrated no way. Guys he still is breaking WR fingers on a long ball that is hard to do.

I can't remember one time last year when Favre connected with a player for a pass over 50 yards. (No yards after catch). The deep ball for the Packers over the last 3 years has been non-existant. And Favre doesn't break fingers anymore, thats so overblown.

Ya know the one where "overrated" Favre threw 4 TD passes and for over 300 yards in the 1st half!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who else did that this year!!!!!?!?!? NO ONE!!!!!!!!!! No way is Brett Favre overrated!!!!!!! He led the LEAGUE in TD passes. No it was Manning, no it wasn't McNair, it was BRETT FAVRE. How is he not good anymore? Favre's completion percentage was 65%! That's pretty damn good, his BEST EVER. Just except the fact that Favre is not overrated and is top one of the best QB's out there and one of the greatest of all time. And not to mention he's the toughest QB in the game. No it's not McNair, Favre plays injured. He's had injuries practically every year. He is the NFL's IRONMAN.

Just admit? It's true. I'm not debating that. Ironman? McNair has real injuries, Brett Favre has thumb injuries.

Favre's obsessed with his streak I think he would cry if he had to end it. He had a broken thumb. He has crap covering it. I just broke my thumb 3 weeks ago and after 2 weeks it was completly fine. How many ways can you break a thumb? And the ankle. Wow. And the Packers always have a good offensive line and have had good RB's which relieve Favre from many hit that a McNair would take. Much of it luck.

Favre is overated. He is one of the best QB's in the NFL no doubt, but come on he isn't what he used to be. He is still good, but he isn't insanely good anymore. Peyton, Brady, and McNair I would take over him and most non packer fans would. He is a hall of famer, but he isn't great anymore just good but fans don't see him as never being great.

Dr. Z says this perfectly.
"Brett Favre is a great QB with HOF credentials. Brett Favre also blew two games last year with mindless heaves that were intercepted at the end. One of them came in the playoffs. Anybody else would have been crucified for this, but Favre enjoys some sort of exalted, untouchable status that lends the hush hush treatment to any of his failings. That's what bothers me."
If you disagree with that you are so biased it isn't funny.

Finally somebody besides me recognizes this. He's treated like Jesus Christ in Wisconsin and it drives me mad.

No he isn't right now i would take Mcnair over Favre. I live in Wisaconsin this guy has it all he could have done what he did here in Falcons land if they gave him a shot.
He has 3,000 yards passing 11 years in a row Why would you rather take Hasselabck then favre Matt was sacked 42 times last year if Favre was on the Hawks 42 no way

Why is he not a great quarterback anymore if he lead the league in TD passes? Answer that! Um..... he's been to 2 Super Bowls, won one. He's kind of won 3 MVP's and in a row I might add. Who else has done that? NO ONE! He's one of the best QB's of all-time. Is that a good answer?

Instead of Favre we would have Aaron Brooks or Matt Hasselbeck. Favre has done a lot but i'm saying whenever he blows our chances it always somebody else's fault.
