Marquette's class for 05 is so good. Wes Matthews, Dominic James, and Jerel McNeal. All of them are top 100 and all are Top 50 in some rankings. It's a great class headed to the Big East. James is the heir to Diener at the point, McNeal is being compared to Wade. His game is similar as he's a stopper on D but needs to develop his mid range game more. Wes Matthews is SG/SF and is a top 40 player.

If no one goes to the draft, KU will have a top 2 class at worst, most likely #1 class. Mario Chalmers is the highest ranked point guard (last I heard atleast), Micah (sp?) Downs is ranked the 4th small forward by Rivals, and Julian Wright is ranked the 2nd small forward by Rivals. The best part about it... all three are ranked in the overall top 15! A fourth will be added (could be Miles from Texas) and make this the best class for '05

Its time to start looking towards 2006 with the likes of Greg Oden, Brandan Wright, and Derrick Character. I see Indiana getting the top class for '06 with 4 of the top players coming from Indiana. Not just being biased here cause Davis has been all over them since they started HS, and has set the ground floor. I just hope Oden says no to the NBA and all that $$$$$

It's practically a lock that he goes pro. He genuinely wants to go to college though. Yeah Im probably full of it, but there is always hope. If he does go to Indiana though, I expect another Championship banner to be hanging from Assembly Hall

He's gotta have those nice recruiting visits with surf and turf and the Jesus Shuttlesworth experience.

If Kansas can add C.J.Miles... they will have locked down the 2005 top recruiting class assuming that no more than one (probably Wright) turns pro

watch the Hendrix/Bynum developments at Carolina before you go stating who is a lock for a top class. They are racking up some talent

If no one goes pro, you can lock it in that KU has the best class. 3 top 15 players and then a top 25 player if Miles commits. I'm a little skeptical though that Miles will commit to KU, I think it's more between Texas and GT right now. However, that isn't a problem if anyone has heard of this kid Pocius. He is a sharp shooter that comes from Europe I believe and is a late bloomer. I think Pocius would be a great addition to the other kids who have committed to KU already.
