Lexington herald Leader- The two other freshmen -- Rondo and Crawford -- wowed the crowd in the dunk contest. Fans erupted in cheers when Crawford, a shooting guard from Detroit, bounced the ball, caught it at its apex, brought it between his legs and floated to the rim for the dunk. The crowd had little time to digest Crawford's dunk when Rondo topped it. Freshman Ramel Bradley sat in a folding chair in front of the rim. He bounced the ball off the court which an onrushing Rondo caught with a timed leap over Bradley en route to a flying dunk. That one not only won the contest, but it also reinvigorated the well-worn concept of the dunk contest. It's gonna be a good year for UK fans.

I love Rondo's play. He is going to be sick in college.

Rondo played damn good in the exhibition game last night. When he was asked about it he was like... I could have did this better, and I need to work on this... He played for 22 minutes, here's his stat line... 16 pts, 6 steals, and five assists. Nice
