ACC - 3 way tie: Miami (w/ loss at either GaTech or UVA), FSU w/ loss at Miami, and Maryland w/ loss at Clemson
SEC - Georgia over LSU in Atlanta
Big 12 - Texas over KState (only because they get Nebraska at home)
Big 10 - I'm gonna take Ohio State but i could just as easliy take Michigan
Pac 10 - USC w/o a single close game
Big East - West Virginia: a 10-1 or 9-2 team that is not in the best 30 in the Nation (losses to Maryland and maybe VaTech)
MAC - Northern Illinios over Marshall
WAC - Hawaii after defeating Boise State in OT game in Boise then Fresno State in another close one in Fresno
CUSA - Memphis after stringing together 2 big wins against Louisville and SoMiss in Graceland
MWC - Utah, w/o too much trouble
Sun Belt - North Texas, somebody has to play in the New Orlens Bowl (maybe play in state rival TCU?)

ACC- Florida State (having a retard at QB doesn't help Miami much). UVA would be my second choice. BIG TEN- Michigan Purdue would be a close second......then Ohio State. BIG 12- SOUTH: Oklahoma NORTH: Kansas State OKLAHOMA Oklahoma is still the best team in the nation. Big East- West Virginia. But at this point who really cares about the Big East? ? West Virginia is still overrated, but the conference sucks, so they run the table. (And get blown out in their bowl game) CUSA- Louisville They will lead the nation in total offense this year, and their defense will be decent. 2. Memphis 3. TCU 4. Southern Miss MAC- WEST: Toledo EAST: Marshall TOLEDO MWC- Utah If they play a mediocre season or better, they will win the conference. PAC-10- I hate this, but I have to say USC. No one in the conference can compete with them right now. 2. Oregon 3. Cal SEC- EAST: Georgia WEST: LSU GEORGIA I think it is extremly close, but I give a slight edge to Georgia due to LSUs QB situation. Come 2005, no one will stop LSU. Sun Belt- Troy State I'm not sure about this one. I saw the N. Texas QB died, but I am not sure how much that will hurt the mean green. Because of that uncertainty I give Troy State a slight edge. WAC- Boise State Even with a new QB, this is still easily the best team in the WAC. 2. Fresno State 3. Colorado State National Champ- OKLAHOMA

Virginia is ranked 16th in the pre-season poll. The Home opener will be Sept 11 against UNC. Perhaps, UVA can beat UNC in at least one sport this year! LMAO -Poleon

LMAO -Poleon It is amazing in my mind that UVA is only #16. Even with their QB situation, I see them being around #10 or so. The teams that were at the top of the ACC last year will not be as good this year. The teams below them (including UVA), will be getting better. FSU is still my pick for #1 in the ACC, but Virginia is a close 2nd in my mind. Miami has a retard at QB, so I don't expect them to do as well for their first year in the ACC. I see UVA going either 9-2 or 10-1. However with a little help 11-0 is not out of reach. They will have 4 big games (FSU, MIAMI, CLEMSON, and MARYLAND), but don't be surprised if the Cavs are favored in two of them. The UNC game should be fun to watch, it will probably be over in the first 15 or 20 minutes or so.

$$ACC$$- Miami(FL) SEC- Georgia Big East- Pittsburgh Big Eleven- Ohio State Pac-10- Southern Cal Big Twelve- Oklahoma Pittsburgh? ? They lose their best player and you think they will win their conference. Not likely. West Virginia is the class of the big east right now. Though W.Virginia is still overrated.
