I have only played X BOX once at a friends house, I didnt really like it because there were too many buttons on the controller and the controller was too big and I didnt really like the gameplay. I am just used to the PS2 but I know that if I played X BOX more I would get used to the controllers and the gameplay and I am sure I would love it, and also I heard playing online is way better then PS2. I wish I could go buy one but I have a huge collection of games for PS2 and I have all the memory cards and controllers and basically everything you need and if I got the X BOX I would have to start from scratch, but who knows maybe someday. I really want to play Halo and Halo 2 everyone says those are great games. Don't need memory cards, or a four player adapter, and you can record songs off your favorite cd onto the XBOX. I also heard lasers burning out on PS2s because of playing to many DVDs, but never heard anything like that about XBOX.

I picked UCONN, but I wish the Gophers would at least stay out of the cellar with the other bottom dwellers.

Better team?? Shit.. D.C. fumbles and your the better team. O. is GIVEN a TD, and your a better team. Botched calls... the whole game, and your the better team? I don't think so. Vikins had some miscues, but there was alot more home field advantage than there was supposed to be. If you watched the game you would have to admit it yourself. Either way you got the W and the Vikes got the L, Congratulations to your Eagles team.(and Refs)

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!!!! Let the war begin between Moss and TO. Moss just told reporters in MN that TO can't even hold a candlestick next to him, there is just nothing to compare. He sure has a way with words. Oh and Moss is virtually unstoppable on Monday Nights, I forget the stats but he has like 10 TDs in 8 games. In '98 or'99 he had 3 catches for 150+ yards and 3 TDs. It shood be the game of the week.

I could have lived without him on my team. They could pick up someone like Garcia And still be a good team. With all that money they could save they could have gotten some good help on the D side of the ball. Wayne and Harrison and Walters are a good trio as any in the league, and with Edge all you really need is a QB like Garcia and a few D players to make the team rock hard.

Broncos have a good history of finding great talent in the RB department. I don't know if its Shanahan or their style of offense, or maybe the offensive line. I don't think they will have any problems with that area at all with Griffin.

Favre plays when he's injured. Who owns the record for most consecuative starts for a QB? Oh yeah Favre Favre has got to be the best leader in the huddle of all time. Put asside the plentiful INT's and he'd be the best QB of all time. And I suppose that his pain killers had nothing to do with the streak? That streak will forever be tarnished. My pick would be Montana. If you go by completed passes, he avg. 11.9 yards per pass. per att. it was 7.5. no where is that anywhere near the 5 yard dump offs. 63% completion rate and a 92.3 arreer QB rating. Only had 1 year with more ints than tds. And hes been to the Dance....a few times.

Lets say the draft is over. They r both frree agents. Their potential has come and gone. Melo is 26 and Wade is 28, I would take Melo because he has the ability or "skill" to do the intangibles to carry his team. And hes younger, there for he will be around longer.

Both players are equally good at there respectful positions. Its hard to judge who is better when they play two totally dif positions. They dif looks at the basket, more or less assists, more or less boards, dif speed and size of apponents. And as far as the wing span goes Wade has about a 76 inch wing span, and Melo has about an 80 inch wing span, give or take. If you go by CBS's bullshit rankings Melo is a top 5 at his position and Wade is at a mere 22nd at his position. Everyone will have there opinion, and I for one have seen a few games from the Heat and the Cavs and I Would take Melo over Wade. Melo will be better for a longer time in the league than Wade. In the NBA age is the second most important thing teams look at. first of all is ability.

This post really shows the maturity level of some Detroit fans. There were so many from poking fun at Minnesota lakes, golf courses, Paul Bunyan Land, the women, all that was said because of last nights game. But the best one of them all was this, "Posted by markga1 Jan 24, 1:15 pm I would venture to guess that not a single one of these tools has ever even been to Detroit. Listen here, we invented carjacking, devils night, and rioting after championships. I am sorry that Minnesota cant make the same claims...especially about rioting after a championship! I dont think you have ever even had the chance. Lets face it guys, Minneapolis is a 3rd tier market for sports and everything else. This is why your teams want to leave.
Plus, Detroit has some of the hottest girls in the USA...and thats a fact."
Like I really want to teach my kids to riot or steal cars, c'mon!

The officiating crew at the wolves-pistons game was absolutely horrible. For one, KG and Mad-Dog were getting raped all night long down low, and no calls were made. Then the last play of the game they made up for it by calling offensive foul on Billups? Thats not right. If they would have made all the calls, Detroit wouldn't have been in the position to win. The players know they come in a game to play 48 mins., why don't those refs realize they need to officiate for 48 mins. I think the NBA should start fining the refs for bad officiating like they started with the NFL.
