Theres also another team you left out in your little stat chart.. The Dallas Mavs! Now before you say this team isn't an elite team.. at 25 -16. Lets review the stats.. Wolves (1-2 Mavs) Lakers (2-1 Mavs) Kings (0-1 Mavs) Spurs (0-2 Mavs) Pacers (1-0 Mavs) Pistons (1-0 Mavs) Let's now recap the stats.. Wolves 5-4 Lakers 7-4 Kings 4-2 Spurs 1-8 Pacers 6-4 Pistons 3-4 Now, that I've called you out on a HUGE mistake.. Which is it? 1. Covering up true stats for a certain team? 2. Bias against the real stat leader.. the Lakers? 3. Bias against a legit contender.. the Mavs? Or the easy route.. 4. Just didn't check my stats well enough? Let's try and pass this rubbish off elsewhere shall we!

Actually, your stats are incorrect.. Lakers are 1-1 against the Pistons.. making the Lakers 5-3.. with the most wins

I agree, I can't stand the celeb game.. I enjoy the actual allstar game.. I love watching all the alleyhoops and passing... and then I enjoy the 4th quarter when the players step up and try to beat eachother.. The dunk contest is a little weak now... I would like to see a true dunk contest.. Kobe, Lebron, Vince, Tmac.. and all the others.. to see a real dunk contest. The 3 point shootout is alright, it's pretty much Peja's to win though. All in all, I think the NBA has the better allstar weekend out of all sports.

You know, it would be pretty nice if someone brought up some good topics on the 76ers or Hornets.. I guess the Bucks.. These are teams that I dont' watch, or really pay attention too. I'm a fan of AI, KG is my favorite player outside of LA. I actually like the Wolves.. when they are not playing against LA. Am I suppose to start threads on other teams?? When there own fans on this site don't talk about them?? You people know these teams better then I.. you start the topics.. and I'd respond. I don't hate other teams like other teams fans hate the Lakers. Well acturally I can't stand the Kings.. and wish nothing but misery to them. Any team or franchise that would intentially DESTROY an NBA Record Basketball, just because they don't like someone.. is a classless organization. I spit on the Queens! I don't mind watchin' the Spurs lose either.. but that's just because I want the Lakers to face the Spurs in the first round. ;D

Damn I hate weak people like you Brew..
First off, I'm the only F'n Laker fan on this site... and have ONLY CREATED 2 F'n Topics!! You maam, are a major reason why people don't ever give a small site like this a chance.. People don't want to put up with losers like you, who can't except other peoples thoughts. You obviously can't stand the Lakers.. you hate the teams coach, the stars, the bench players, and all of there fans.. That's the ONLY reason, someone like you would complain about the "2" Laker topics I have created.
Maybe the problem is, that you can't write about your team.. maybe if your waste of posts, were more about your team, then there would be more vareity.
Maybe this site should stay the way it is.. nice and small, with about 3 or 4 people.. posting lame topics.. you can keep this f***in' site..
War the Lakers! War the Wolves! War the MVP Garnett War the Champion Lakers War this Dick for censorship!

For the Los Angeles Lakers to once again lay the foundation to it's next Championship!
Kobe hopefully back for Saturdays game..
Shaq hopefully back for next weeks home games.
And Mr. Malone hopefully back within the next week OR two.
Sniff Sniff... is that fear I'm smellin'!!

I'm defiently not a bandwagoner.. I spend plenty of hard earned money going to the games.. even when they play like crap.. I would have to say I watch approx. all Laker games, maybe I miss 2 or 3.. but for the most part I see them all, even the injury filled ones.. I even watched most of the preseason games..
As for Phil Jackson, this guy gets a lot of undeserved crap. A lot of people point out he always has good players, thus the reason for so many championships. Well, that's true, but I'd also like those same people to point out what coach HAS won a championship, with players, without talent. Just because the timing was perfect for him to leave a rebuilding Bulls team, to go to a "not quite ready" Lakers team, doesn't make him a bad coach. After the coaching failers of Del Harris, Magic J, and Kurt Rambis, this team was falling more then it was ready to burst. Phil Jackson has a huge part in the team winning championships. He also has Payton and the bench players.. playing .500 ball, while his 3 star players injured. That in it'self is a huge indicater. Any other team would have given up with these kinda injuries.
Wolves without KG, Spree, and Wally would lose to this unhealthy Laker team.
Spurs without Duncan, Ginobli, and anybody.. would lose to this unhealthy Laker team.
Kings without Webber, Peja S., and Miller or Divac would lose to this unhealthy Laker team.
Pacers without R. Miller.. would lose to this unhealthy Laker team.. This should tell ya what I think of Indy.. ;D
Coach Jackson can single handedly win games for the Lakers.. it has been proven!

You're callin' me a bandwagoner?? I'm from the LA area, and I've been an strong Laker fan for 15 years.. If you want to jump to conclusions, I suppose I can do the same to you.. 1. I dont like Shaq at all.
2. Not a big fan of teams who are a big target to be a bandwagon team.
3. I dont like Phil Jackson. Coaching scheme's are dumb.
4. Fox is horrible and should not start(when he gets back).
5. There colors are dumb as hell.
- Thank you and have a nice day. 1. Ok, not many like Shaq, I'll go with that.. 2. Umm, I don't know if this is a solid reason to "hate". 3. You don't like Phil, cause he's a winner.. understanable. Schemes? You mean the triangle? Yeah, I also hate how coaches game plan... duh.. 4. Fox is an above average defender, decent 3 point shooter, and great passer. Maybe I agree he shouldn't start.. but for different reasons then yourself. 5. Their colors?? What are you a girl?? You don't like their colors?? That's something that would come out of my girlfriends mouth!! As for your other comments.. about the Lakers not being the NBA, and that the phrase Laker-Haters shows that.. The Yankmees are a very hated team, like the Lake Show, yet.. No matter how much I hate the Yankmees, they are still the MLB!

I believe this bothers you, because you would like your Wolves, to be as dominant a franchise, to have special Hater fans... a la the Yankmees..
Everyone hates the Lakers, cause they "win". The Lakers have also caused much misery to many other "good to average" franchises.. Queens, Wolves, and Spuds to be exact. I also believe Laker fans.. such as myself, talk a lot of shit.. That may also have to do with it. I'd also like to say.. that we can talk the shit, cause our team backs it up for us.
Every NBA fan can only dream to have a franchise devoted to winning.. like the Los Angeles Lakers. WE ARE THE NBA!
Now doesn't that statement piss ya off.. that is why we have.. the "Laker-Haters" Beat LA Beat LA It's too funny!
