It's hard to become a dynasty in NCAA baseball. They don't get to give out many scholarships so its hard unless you can find the smart/ athletic players or just players who pay their way there. If you lose like 5-6 starters in a season it is really tough to bounce back because depth is very rare.

Fullerton, even tho they lost some key players they will be back...
UCLA, i'm not really sure who they lost but they made it far this year I think lost to FL in regionals. Hopefully they can go further next year.
Miami FL, I dont think they lost as many players as some of the other top teams.

On a DRay board it has a post about how Nomar says he wants to play 2B for the Yankees. Getting him, Beltran, and a Radke type pitcher would make this team wow. Yeah the payroll would be like 220, but wow. Stein said pitching is his #1 priority but with unlimited payroll I can't see him not signin Nomar to get back at the BoSox.

I think Beltran, Carl Pavano, and maybe Brad Radke. I'm 90% sure they will get Beltran and Pavano. I'm sure they will get another pitcher and I heard they like Radke. I'm sure they will find some bullpen help also, but no real superstars out there so they might just pick up a few solid bullpen people to help out overall.

Tim Hudson is one of the best pitchers in the L. He is on the Oakland pitching staff and is kind of overshadowed by Zito. He had sort of a rough year and heard in trade rumors, but he wont go anywhere. I don't think he is a FA tho is he? He is only like 26-27 tho. So yes he is still young.

He will go wherever he gets paid the most, but I would say no he doesn't return. Lowe won't come back. They will sign Varitek tho and prolly trade Millar in offseason for Doug.

It was Sarcasm, but the RedSox aren't as far behind as people think. Everyone seems to think that the Yankees are tripling the next closest payroll, sarcasm again.

I hope the Cards win... The RedSox are like 1 bigtime player away from Yanks payroll so... Plus hitters cost more then pitchers and Yankees have the better hitters while RedSox have better pitchers so they should have a lower budget.

Both would beat the Sox, Cards are the better team but 'Stros have that drive because this was most of their last chance to win it. Bagwell, Biggio, Clemens.

Bonds trainer admitted he used a undetectable steroid last season. Right there proves everything I said about him and why I wouldn't want him to hold the all-time HR record. He cheats to get to the top, I would def. rather see Ruth and Aaron above a cheater.

I told all my friends it would be 7 or 4... But I thought it was going to be 7 before 4 so I went with 7. I knew the Sox players emotions would be crushed by being swept or losing by like a GW hit or HR in the bottom of the 9th in game 7.
