dc again you are getting angry
i am merely pointing out that the program actually does exist and is operational
and by responding i mean, reading at a higher level(learning more words, pronouncing them better, better spelling, better sentence structure and an actual enjoyment in school) which of course is the whole purpose of the program
but go ahead and hastily discredit the work of thousands of volunteers across the nation

i actually work in a sector of the no child left behind policy, the HOSTS program (helping others strive to succeed) i volunteer time in inner city schools(this past year kenneth clement elementary school) to help reading and writing and trying to get kids on track, these programs are working, the kids are responding and the teachers love our assistance
texas is one of the top schools for education along with new york so that comment was completely factless and baseless

12 straight months of economic gain and 1.2 million jobs in the past year says he does have a record to run on, and says his policies are working, this "tax cut for the rich" is hilarious, under clinton the top 20% in earnings payed 68% of taxes, under bush that group pays 77.8% of taxes

as long as kerry continues to harp on vietnam bush's lead will grow, bush talked for 0 seconds on kerrys service in vietnam last night, the only thing cheney talked about was "kerry served in vietnam, and we honor him for it"
whoever is running kerrys campaign needs to go

and dc, they show african americans because they are sick of being portrayed as racist(much like your attack post) despite bush appointing rice, powell and an african american secretary of education whose name escapes me
we are a diverse party, just stereotypes restrain the mainstream from seeing it, and i think arnolds speech showed how the diversity can coexist, i thought it was going to be a terrible speech, but i thought it was actually incredible

he served for 3 months, not one person on his swift boat ever saw any of these "atrocities"
his service as well as his speech were out of political ambitions, just like his self inflicted wounds for purple hearts, keep in mind he petitioned wholeheartedly for one of them
