No, I'm not kidding. But a disclaimer is needed. Those rankings are with Edelin, if SU doesn't have Edelin, everyone else moves up, and SU drops to 10th.

Yet, you couldn't find a pic of him doing it. So sad.

Thanks. But no thanks. I'd rather not see Otis Hill lumbering up and down the court again. Though it would be refreshing to see John Wallace at his basketball peak...not that game, but the whole season.

I'd rather watch my copy of the 2003 National Championship.

Truthfully, I could care less about Olympic baketball, or the Olympics as a whole. I haven't bothered to watch any of it, and I probably won't.

Bills with the double post. Anyways, since I have to keep this on topic...I think Villanova has the chance to surprise some people, I wouldn't be shocked if they finished 3rd in the Big East behind SU and UConn (or UConn and SU, just so no one thinks I'm playing favorites)

Both of them looked good in the game tonight...both got sacked a couple times, that's just cause Giants have a horrible O-Line...and Warner threw 1 INT that was returned for a TD...if I had to guess about the season right now...Warner starts the 1st 6 games, week 7 is the bye week, Eli's in after that.

I don't think they will. Even though they have gotten better, McDyess is a huge pickup, and Milicic should be ready to contribute this upcoming season...
Miami will give them a run in the East, along with Indiana. In the West, I see only 2 teams that could win the finals, San Antonio and Minnesota. San Antonio added Brent Barry, giving them a 3 point shooter, the 1 thing they were missing last season. Minnesota has kept their squad together, and with a full season from Wally and Troy Hudson, they will be tough.

There's almost no chance of that. The case is a joke against him. Even so, he could appeal it and drag it out. Kobe will average more then 30 a game. It depends on if he's built up his body or not, because last summer he lost 15 pounds of muscle. I know he won't go to prison, but you do have to keep that in the back of your mind, just in case it does happen.

Kobe will avg. about 28 ppg on 38% shooting, 6 boards, 4.5 assists, and 2 steals per game, provided he stays out of prison...
Shaq will avg. 27 ppg, 14 rebs, 3 blocks, 3 assists per game...and win MVP

I agree. Gordon and Hinrich are going to be a hell of a pair. Gooden is world-class stat padder. I hate his game but he puts up numbers. I could consider Shaq for MVP, but the league takes him for granted. I don't think they'll take him for granted now, since LA was stupid enough to back the wrong guy of him and Kobe...LA will be waiting at least 10+ years to find a big man who's half as good as Shaq

MVP-Shaq DPY-Ben Wallace ROY-Ben Gordon MIP-Drew Gooden
reasons why: Shaq - he's got something to prove to himself and LA
Wallace - he's got crazy skills blocking shots, getting steals, and boards
Gordon - since they traded Crawford, he'll be starting alongside Heinrich, that's a good guard combo, he'll avg. at least 15 ppg.
Gooden - he'll basically replace Boozer's numbers, maybe a bit less, but he'll be starting and playing with LeBron, which has to make you better.
