Due to threat of Hurricane Frances, Florida St. and Miami are consideering postponing their game until next Sat.

Yeah. In the grand scheme of things, football is much less important than the lives of people that live there. I would watch it if it were played as the last game of the season (which, once the divisional alignment is set up, will be likely). Pray for the safety of those that choose to stay through the storm.

I wonder if they really will move it to the end of the season. Maybe they'll do it like the UT OU game and put it in week 4 or 5. That way it doesn't toally destroy both of their chances to make it to a BCS game. Let's just hope that everything in FL is all right after this weekend. Being from NC (the whipping boy for most hurrucanes it seems) I can feel their pain.

It does seem ironic that the HURRICANES can't play this week because of a Hurricane though. They're only going to postpone it a week so far.
