If Nebraska can cut down on turnovers they could still definely win the North. They have had a lot of offensive yards and Southern Miss has had one of the top defenses last few years and their defense has held oppenents to not very many yards and if it wasnt for turnovers the game on Saturday would have been at least a 3 td win for Nebraska.

Isnt that what Oklahoma thought last year as well and look what happened in big 12 championship game. well k-state was a much better team last year. Who loses to fresno state that badly? And besides, Jason White was hurt that game and everyone was saying that even if they lost they would still make the champ game.

You ever thought that Kansas State was a better team? OU got dominated. That game wasn't a close last second victory it was a 35-7 blowout of the #1 team in the nation and OU didn't deserve to go to the sugar bowl.

everyone was saying that even if they lost they would still make the champ game. That is precisely why OU lost. Don't try to blame it on Jason White being out. Similarly, Jayhawksfan, I'm sorry, but K State was NOT the bettter team. OU lost that game because the players didn't give a damn, and it showed. Intangibles can make all the difference in the world.

No need to thank me. It's the truth. OU lost the Big 12 Championship because they didn't give a damn.

Last season is in the past. The fact is....right now it seems that the BIG 12 North is pretty much irrelevent in the grand scheme of things. Whoever wins that division will probably be dominated by the winner of the OU vs UT game. Not to say this is set in stone, but at this point it certainly appears that way. GO SOONERS!!!!

Its way too early to tell really, but I say it would be between Kansas and Colorado. Colorado being the better bet.
