New Mexico. Right now, they are the second-strongest MWC team.
I'd say CSU and Air Force stand an outside chance of actually stepping up and doing it, but I think UNM is the most likely to pull it off.

Air Force!! They are the WORST team in the Conference this year! Even Wyoming is better than AF! BYU and CSU are probably the only other teams that are capable of pulling it off. SDSU is still a big ? we will find out how good they are when they play Michigan. Have you seen AF results man? Cal totally destroyed them and then they barely got by a BAD Div I-AA team! AF is usually competitive, but this year they are going to have a hard time beating ARMY!

Actually, I've not seen anything about Air Force this year, now that you mention it. And now I know why.
I just know that AF has been decent in the past.
And I disagree with you about BYU. I've not been impressed with them since I started following the Mountain West a couple of years ago.
Perhaps Colorado State and New Mexico are the only ones that stand a chance.

It will certainly be an interesting weekend in the MWC. The Schedule is packed with powerhouses like Michigan, USC, Oregon St, Minn, not to mention Utah St! (yes that is sarcasm I dont seriouly think Utah St is a powerhouse) I think BYU will fare alot better than Colorado st did against USC but they will still lose by about 20 or so. SDSU is a Big ?, they have only played one game and beat a Div I-AA team by 19 points..not exactly impressive. I think Mich is going win by hum..45. CSU will not beat Minn the way they have been playing this year but it would not shock me if they pull out a win. I hope to God that UNM beats Oregon St but I dont have a warm fuzzy about it. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one!

UNM looks as if they are the only ones who stand a chance with UTAH. I have been dissappointed at the overall performance of MWC teams this year. (esp CSU) Congrats on your win against Texas Tech I know that was a huge win for you guys. Its going to be a scary week for the MWC! Utah is the only Team that will probably get an out of Conference win. And by the way I dont think Air Force is the worst team in the conference! I highly doubt we will win but we will suprise a few people! I think we can beat UNLV, but keeping my fingers crossed. It will be a close one.
GO ZOOMIES!

Yeah New Mexico has the best chance but BYU looked impressive in their win against ND (ND Beat Michigan the next week) so I would not count them out either. I dont see UTAH going undefeated this year.

You can never tell in the MWC what will happen. Even Wyoming usually puts scares into teams in conference play. The Pokes actaully beat CSU and BYU last year and played all the other games down to the wire.(except Utah and UNM) My point is anything can happen in conference play, expect the unexpected.

I would say Baylor could not beat anybody in the Big 12, but they beat Colorado last year. That had to be the BIGGEST UPSET OF THE CENTURY! Baylor really should not be in the Big 12. Im not insulting them, just being honest. They have only won like 3 conference games in what 8 years or however long the Big 12 has been in existence. They really should move to the WAC or conference USA where they can win a few games a year.

So you need Baylor for easy wins huh. Thats what Nebraska thought by scheduling S. Miss and look how that turned out! LMAO Did you even watch the Nebraska-Southern Miss game ? If you did you would know that Nebraska dominated the game statistically and lost because of a bad call but I still cant blame that because we still had too many turnovers to beat a good Southern Miss team.
