I don't like it, for a few reasons. For one there is a "low" level...Do you really think the terror level would go down to low? And the reasons for it being raised are crazy....

I'm not really worried about it. We got their leader and are cuttin terrorism down, they are tryin to do a desperation thing which we will stop.
