O Coord needs fired not Tice, all the players like him and he isn't calling the plays. Lenaham or w/e their o coord doesn't take chances on road and thats why they lose, when u have moss fu-ckin throw it up. There d coord is already leavin so get some new personel in there and they shuld do fine. Also, when Tice was hired he said a 3 year plan and its only been 2 seasons. Oh yeah and who seriously thought they were ganna make playoffs to start the season? No one, I mean yeah that is very dissapointing how they ended and shulda made it but its not like people didn't expect them to make playoffs at start so.

I agree with everyone u get fired except Dick. I know he was already fired but I dont think he should have. They said its because of his record and changing QB's so much but when u have Chandler and Stewart u are ganna be changin QB's a lot. They finally got a future QB in Grossman, got a good draft in players like Gage, Tillman, Grossman, ect... they had something to look forward next year, but I just guess he wasn't what they wanted.

That was smart of him, his stuff doesn't work in the pro's and hes not use to losing. Hes like a Rick Pitino, but a football coach.

The problem with Juron is he cannot manage games at the end of a half. Just last week they had 2 & 10 inside the 20 and 1 timeout left. Yet 1 running play and pass in bounds later the clock runs out. Plus he sounds like a fool during press conferences, he had 1 winning season in 5 years, couldn't beat the Packers played players out of position. Played older players too long and didnt' let young guys develope. Had Leon Johson returning punts for 2 years he is a f***ing full back. Lets not forget when they drafted Cade McNown he had the great idea of bringing him in during the 3rd series of every game to get him some experience no matter how the game was going or who had momentum. It took him 6 weeks to get Jerry Azzumah to return punts even though he looked awsome during the preseason doing it. The same Azzumah going to the Pro Bowl for returning punts. Hell he had Brian Urlacher playing special teams this week, on kick coverage teams; great use of your most valulable player. On the Dick Juron show he was said "This isn't my show it is the Dick Juron Show and I am on this show but it isn't my show" I also read somewhere that the Bears were outscored 78-10 this season during the 3rd quarter, that is because other teams adjust during halftime. He probably sat there listening to elevator music
This season every important game they played they were not prepared. 1st game @ San Franciso 7-49; 2nd game @ Minnesota 13-24; 1st home game at a new stadium against your rival, game was over after about 5 minutes. Then after losing to NO and Seattle they fall to 1&5, and their season is basically over. But because Minnesota's fall the Bears still have a chance going into Green Bay were they give up 34 straight points. During their 1 good season (2001) they lost to the Packers twice and got hammered at home against the Eagles. Every season while he was in Chicago his offense was ranked in the lower 1/3 of the league, when asked to replace the offensive cord. (Shoop) he refused, then when the offense goes out this year and is ranked 29th? WTF the only reason this guy shouldn't been fired this week is because it should have been down last year. No way in hell can you have this dumbass coaching these young guys
