As well as the Panthers played last weekend, I dont see how they will be able to stop Faulk and Holt, and the Rams should be able to shut down Davis, as they held Ahman Green to 50 yards earlier this season

Panthers have a great D. I'm predicting the upset. Davis will wear down the Rams D and the Panthers D will just clobber Bulger and I think the Panthers will win 23-13.

The Panthers secondary blows n thats what Rams are good at throwin, and homefield will help the Rams a lot.

Suprising most of you, I'm gonna pick the Panthers. Realistically the Panthers kind of came off of a bye-week along witht the Rams. They blew-out the 'Boys and had no injuries and no penalites.
This is why I see the Panthers squeaking one out... History shows that if you lose your last regular season game, you don't go far in the playoffs. (Ex. Packers 2003, Broncos 2004. as well as many others) The Rams looked horrible against the Lions and Bulger hasn't been playing very well.
Panthers D does just enough to get the win.

As much as I hate to say it, the Panthers' D is not as good as some people say it is.
Rams 28 Panthers 24

The Panthers' defense will shut down the Rams as a whole.
Panthers 20, Rams 10
