The Wolves are playing like the best team in the NBA right now. And when they get Troy back they will be even better.

Yes but I dont know how he is going to fit back into the starting lineup, he might have to come off the bench although he will not like that. Flip Saunders will find a place, there shouldnt be any reason not to find a spot for a guy like Wally on your team. He wont be back until after the All-star break and possibly he might stay out for the season but who knows.

Not another Wolves fan...There good but Olowokandi, Hudson, Wally are big pieces and out of those three the player I like is Hudson...There bench is pretty lousy.

When those three guys return they will have Troy Hudson, Gary Trent, Trenton Hassell, Fred Hoiberg, Ervin Johnson, Mark Madsen, Ndudi Ebi and Oliver Miller all on the bench. I think those guys make up a quality bench full of young players and verterens and guys who can get it done. Put those guys behind guys like Michael Olowokhandi, Kevin Garnett, Wally Szcerbiack, Latrell Sprewell and Sam Cassell, I'd say this teams chances of going deep into the playoffs this year are very good. What do you think?

Other then Hudson there's knowbody there that scares me...Hassell can't score, Hoiberg is a shooter, Ervin is decent, Madsen is nothing but hustle, no game and Ebi is raw as hamburger and Oliver Miller looks like he ate Ebi.

It doesnt matter if you have a great bench or not. Look at the Laker championship teams and the Bulls championship teams from years back, did they have a great bench? The truth is you dont need a great talent of guys coming off the bench to win in the NBA, all you need is guys who know how to play the game and play 15-20 minutes a game while keeping it a competitive game while your starters are getting a breather. The Kings and the Mavs have the deepest rosters in the league but you never see them going to the championship do you? The Spurs won it with a thin bench last year and the Lakers won it with a thin bench 3 years in a row. So my point is, if you have guys like KG, Spree and Cassell, you dont need terrific bench players. They have the perfect bench because all those guys on it can play defense and all they need to do is play 15-20 minutes a game and their starting 5 will take care of the rest. At full strength they have the most all around starting 5 in the game.

The Lakers won those tropheys because they had the two best players in the league, the best coach....The Bull's had Jordan and Pippen...How you compare that to the Wolves situation is rediculous. The Mav's can't win because they don't play defense, and I don't consider the Mavs roster very deep past 8...The Kings have a deep bench but have tons of injuries and play like pussies, thats why they lose in the playoff's.
The Wolves have 1 great player, and 3 good ones...And a terrible bench...KG will bring it, Cassell won't play D, and Sprewell is pretty much a hustle/D player right now. They probably loose in the second round, I really doubt Olowokandi will do much of anything because he never has...And Wally's injury is pretty serious.... Spree and Sam are short time solutions because Sam is like 33-34 something, with Wally's/KG's contracts, and a lack of 1st rounders really hurt there depth....

Garnett and Cassell are the most dominating duo in the league right now, try to name one playing better then them? Shaq and Kobe were the most dominating duo back when they played, right? The Wolves have playoff experience now and Spree and KG want to win a championship before there careers end so nobody will be playing harder then them two come playoff time, especially Spree because he doesnt have much left in his tank, 2 more good seasons then he will just be an average player. You were right about Sam and Spree being short term solutions, thats what they are and thats what they are going to be, a short time solution to help carry this franchise along side the best player on the planet. Go ahead dont believe me but I see it in this team every time I watch them play this year, they work so hard. Nobody wants to win more then KG and certainly nobody has more love for the game then KG.

Kobe/Shaq play the season as preseason, they only care in the playoff's...Even though I hate Shaq because he only plays well when he feels like it and rips everyone else when they don't...You think Gary/Karl don't want a ring?

You were right when you said the thing about Karl and Gary wanting a ring. But all I am trying to say is that the Wolves will be a lot tougher this year in the playoffs then in years past. If they play the Lakers they will give them more of a series then last year and that is for sure. It would be fun as hell to see the Wolves and Lakers go against each other in a 7 game series in the playoffs I gotta admit that. But give the Wolves a chance they have a shot this year and a lot of people are starting to realize it.
