Hi everyone.
i know this is my first post but am wondering if anyone knows of a good way to stay cool in hot conditions whilst playing sports?

Cold wash clothes. Is this a type of garment? Ive googled it and it doesnt come up with anything.
Or do you mean actually wash them in cold water? Im not sure how this would help?
