There left with a rookie point guard, Joe Johnson at guard, and a great small forward that really isn't a first option on offense, a talented Amare who is hurt and face it is not a franchise savior in his second year...They have a crappy bench....This team sucks.

they must be expecting a terrific draft and some great off season pickups after the years over, otherwise they'll be awful next season too

Joe Johnson will be really good in a few years, Marion needs to become a star so he can lead these guys, Amare will be fine when he comes back, and they have just about no1 else after them McDyess maybe but I haven't seen him play in 5 years so I dunno if he is any good nemore.

Lets no forget that the Suns traded their own first round draft pick to the San Antonio Spurs for rookie PG Barborsa and the way it looks the draft picks from the Knicks will be lower than the pick the Suns will get because the Knicks now have a real shot at making the playoffs. I really hope the Suns (Spurs) pick falls between no. 5 and no. 10 in order for the Spurs to pick up one excellent player to add along side to Duncan and company in June'04. The Suns seem to think that they will have a real shot at Kobe next season but I think Kobe will sign only with a contender or with the Clippers in order to stay in LA and not have to move his family. In any case the Suns should be in the position to sign some quality players with all the salary cap they will have available.
