I think it's between the Spurs, Lakers, Kings, and Wolves. Mavs=No Defense. No Defense=No winning in the playoffs

Gotta go with my home team..The Spurs. Lakers have no bench worthly of replacing starters when injured and its showing now and well show when it could be more needed in the playoffs.

You have to think the Lakers will play awseome ball in the Playoff's. There's to much at stake for Payton/Malone and then Kobe leaving....Lakers.

What do you mean they dont have a bench? Those players on the bench are the ones that won them 3 titles while starting. They have solid depth. Fox, Fisher, Medvedenko, Rush, Walton. No big name players off the bench, but they somewhat fill in. Im the biggest Laker hater in the world dont get me wrong, but there bench is decent now. I was wondering how in the hell the Spurs were doing so bad earlier on. Now that there back to where they should be, I defiently see them making a run. A shooter and scorer is what they needed. The Mavs should get a defensive stopper. Trade Finley for Artest or something. If they had 2 defensive stoppers, 1 perimeter and 1 down low. Like an Artest and a Brian Grant for Finely and Fortson...I could see them contending then.

That would never happen.

I like the Spurs and think they have the second best chance, but the Lakers will have the best chance.

Why wouldn't it? Carlise and Artest dont get along. Plus there's been tons of rumors over the last year or so that Finley would get traded.
