Allens got great form. Redd's form is pretty weird. Still they both work. I think Redd has the edge. He has the 3rd highest 3 point percentage in NBA history. He just shoots lights out.

i haven't seen redd shoot in a game but he is only shooting 35% this year, i'll take everybody's word for it and call redd the better shooter, but i'd still rather have allen shooting the ball any day of the week, especially when it counts

I also have not seen Redd play, but i have watched the Sonics play. I am only 17, but i play basketball on my school team, starting 2-guard baby, but anyways, Allen has one of the nicest shooting strokes i have ever seen.

Living in Florida, the main team i get to see is the Magic, which by the way are very disappointing this year. I have only got to see the Sonic's play twice, and i was impressed both time's i watched. What do you think will come from the sonics this year cheezy?

same as always, 40-45 wins, maybe squeak by with the 7th or 8th seed, they are way to inconsistent, they have beaten the lakers, the wolves and the kings and they have lost to the cavs, hawks, heat, and warriors, they are the very definition of mediocre and have been ever since the lockout, they were the best in the west before that damn lockout

I watched them play the Piston's i think, and they were on fire. They had excellent ball movement, and everyone was hustling that game. I also watched them, when they played Phoenix at christmas sometime, and that Rashard Lewis is an awesome player. Loads of fun to watch play.

ya, and i've seen all their other games, when they are on top of their game they WILL beat anybody they play, but the problem is that they aren't on every night, thus their mediocrity, lewis hasn't developed at all, he's a great player, but he hasn't developed like every one thought he was going to, he was supposed to be an all star 2 years ago and averaging 22 points and 10 rebounds a game, but instead he's at 18 and 6

This is about Ray/Redd, not about the Sonics.

This is about Ray/Redd, not about the Sonics. ya and that topic died, superman asked me how i thought the sonics would do, so i told him, that happens to every topic, what's wrong with that?

Stick to the topic. Or make a Sonics post.

Ray Allen play's for the sonic's, it's not completely off the topic of what the post is about. Besides, saying who is a better three point shooter, is about who you like better. People that like Redd better are going to say Redd, people who like Allen better are going to say Allen.

Allen is the better 3-point shooter. He has been for a few years now in my opinion.

Yah the Sonics are very inconsitent. They are just like the Vikings of NBA. The Vikings can go ahead and beat the Packers, Broncos, Chiefs, and Seahawks but then lose to the Bears, Cardinals, Chargers, and Raiders. Teams like that wont go anywhere (Vikes proved it this year), so as long as the Sonics continue this inconsistent play then they will do nothing in playoffs but if they can get their act together by playoff time then they will be nothing but a spoiler just like the Knicks of '99.
