Think anyone will win it any time in the near future? I could see Pujols gettin it next year. He is only getting better and is only like 26-27.

do you know how unbelievably hard that is? especially in this era where there are so many players great at only one of those categories, way too much competition for it to happen unless it's the greatest player ever

Bagwell was on pace for it in the 1st half of the season last year. I mean yeah only half the season, but hes not even considered a top player. Pujols will get best batting average. He is up there in RBI's and HR's.

Uh, ARod plays for an AL team, so Pujols wouldn't be competing with him for the triple crown.

Manny Ramirez always gets really close to getting it, and i think Vladimir Guerrero also has a shot of getting it in the future, along with Pujols.
