Yes they have a decent bench, but not compared to the top teams in the West. The starting lineups are all close, so the depth of this team may hurt them in crunch time.

Wolves win again, break 14 game winning streak for the Nets. Won this game without Cassell and with Spree doing absolutley nothing tonight by only scoring 3 points. They had to go back to the old days with KG, Wally and T-hud leading the way, 63 points between the 3 tonight. Now please tell me VINSanity, how is this team not have depth? This is the deepest team in the league they have 5 guys who can take over a game at ANY time. Wally can do it, KG can do it, Cassell can do it, Spree can do it, and Hudson can do it. The Kings dont even have that many weapons and that is a fact. Go ahead and have your own opinions and all I respect them, but I am just saying that the Wolves are the best team in the league right now. And dont even try to say that the Wolves " depth problems" will hurt them in the playoffs, because the truth is they dont have any problems with depth and I will just laugh when they take home the championship trophy this year. Hudson is back baby! That game is exactly what he and the Wolves needed to get his confidence up.

I said outside of Hudson you have no good player depth. They are playin the best ball right now, but can they keep it up the rest of the season? Can they keep it up when the other teams get there stars back?

Well let's see here, I found this link off of NBA.com:
Supporting cast: The Wolves, missing starting point guard Sam Cassell and with Latrell Sprewell scoring only three points, continue to show they have perhaps the deepest bench in the NBA.
Backup Troy Hudson, making his first start of the season in place of the injured Cassell, was the star, but he had a strong supporting cast in Wally Szczerbiak and Fred Hoiberg. Szczerbiak came off the bench to score 14 points, 10 in the first half when the Wolves shot 38 percent from the field and scored only 32 points. Hoiberg scored eight points in the fourth quarter.
"We're very deep as a team," Szczerbiak said. "We're just doing whatever the coaches ask us to do to win the game. When your number's called, be ready to play your game and contribute in whatever way you can."
Some games, reserves such as Oliver Miller, Gary Trent and Hoiberg might play 15 minutes; other games they barely will play.
"I just have to be prepared," Miller said. "I can't be worrying when I'm going to get in and how the rotation is going to be. I just have to be ready."
At least someone else agrees with me that they have a deep roster...

Yeah the team... Oh yeah our bench sucks im part of it we suck, we are horrible. I'm sure no1 is ganna say that. Also, if Wally is on the bench yeah that makes it better, but there starting 5 isnt as good.

The team didnt say that they had the deepest bench in the NBA, it was the author who wrote it. Go ahead read it again:

No Wolves player said that...

Lets see em play all season without Cassell and Latrell averagin 3 ppg. Then we will see how deep that " bench " is, and they players said they 2nd part as to what I was referring to.

LOL they played without Latrell and Cassell last year and that got them a 50 win season so if they had to do it I bet they would still be a good team. The fact that they DO have Spree and Cassell makes them that much deeper of a team. They have 5 guys on that team who can take over the game at any point with KG, Wally, Spree, Cassell and Hudson, and so the defenses cant just concentrate on 1 or 2 players. No other team has that kind of talent, not even the Kings. The Kings have about 4 guys who can take over a game if you want to include Bobby Jackson along with Mike Bibby, Peja, and Webber. The Lakers have 3 with Kobe, Shaq and Payton except Payton really doesnt take over the game anymore like he used to. The Spurs have basically one guy with Tim Duncan, and the Mavs have Dirk, Nash, Finely and Walker. So as you can see the Wolves do have the deepest roster, and with a roster with that much talent you dont need very good bench players except for the fact that Hassell is one of the top defensive players in the league and Hoiberg can really hit the clutch shots and so they do have good bench players. And just to let you know VINSanity, bench players are supposed to be role players, players who can come into the game at any given time and just fill in for the starters. That is exactly what the Wolves have, they have guys who are always ready to come in and do what they are supposed to do.

Kings dont need many people to take over a game they pass it around to everyone and you cant double someone or they will kill you. Wolves have 1 legit downlow player on the roster... Kani Man is washed up. Thats ganna help em come playoff times when they play the best downlow players in the league. Kings have 3 potential all star players down low, 2 of the top PG's in the east, one of the best defenders in Christie, best 3 shooter in the game, and Songila is playin hell of good lately.

Bibby little better then Cassell, Cassells gettin so much hype from him being open cuz of doublin KG. Both clutch, but I wanna see Cassell be clutch to get em past the 1st round. Bobby Jackson is a lil better then Hudson hes been consistent longer. Christie over Wally, Wally can shoot but Christie would lock him down with his awesome D, is a great role player. Peja over Spree Peja proved he can carry a team in the West by himself lets see Spree carry the Wolves witout KG. KG over Webber, KG is the best player in the league, Webber has better vision but KG is just plain better. Brad over Kani Man, Brad has proved he is for real, he shulda started for the west downlow he is playin amazing. Vlade over Ervin? Vlade is the best passin C in the NBA and can score when he needs to.
I know ur ganna say OMFG hahahaha, Cassells 5 times better then Bibby, Hudsons better then BJ, Peja sucks he can only shoot, ect ect... Your not right get over it.

Does it matter how they stack up one on one? No it does not. The truth is that the Wolves are 2-1 against the Kings this season and they didnt do it by stacking up each other one by one, they play team ball. Both teams play great team basketball but the reason why the Wolves are better is because they can actually play some defense. Defense beats offense, its as simple as that, and the Wolves play better D then the Kings. It will hurt the Kings that they cant play defense come playoff time, it always kills them in the playoffs, same with the Mavs.

Wolves are the best team. They will get the #1 seed and will win at least 60 games.

Why do people think Webber comin back is ganna hurt the Chemistry? He is really unselfish. Him and Vlade are two of the best passing players downlow. He will create more open shots for Peja and others. They will have a person to go to besides Peja/ Bibby in crunch time.
