With the first pick I would take Emeka Okafor. He does have back issues but he is smart and wants to be good...The draft is just so full of wierd international players and high schoolers....

Dwight Howard has most potential, but Okafor is best now.

This draft is very weak, there are too many risks and international players...I see this being a 2000 draft or be a real good one with Dwight Howard/Josh Smith/Shaun Livingston, SeaBass Telfair....And those 27 lettered Euro' players.

Livingston if around at the Bobcats pick would be an awesome franchise guy. Get a leader at PG, a big PG which can make mis-matches and can ball.

If I'm the Bulls, I'd trade the pick, there's nothing they need thats worthy of a #1 pick. They need another slasher/defender from the wing, and they could get that with a 7 or 8 pick, Andre Iguodla and Luol Deng might both delcare.
If I'm the Magic, no doubt about it I take Livingston. He might not be worthy of #1 pick but they NEED a point guard, and he's the best in the draft.
Wizards should take Okafor if they can get him, Kwame doesn't play D, and this makes Etan Thomas expandable.
Bobcats and Suns should go with Dwight Howard, he's offensively better than Okafor yet still a shotblocking presence.

I cant see Shaun Livingston being very good for a while if he goes pro right out of HS, hes so thin it looks like he'd get broken in half if some big guy ran into him

I'm not sure period if you draft a PG out of HS with a high pick. Livingston would be good for the Bobcats because they have nothing to loose....My little mock...
1. Dwight Howard 2. Emeka Okafor 3. Shaun Livingston 4. Josh Smith 5. Martynas Andriuskevicius 6. Luol Deng 7. Benjamin Gordon 8. Pavel Podkolzine 9. Andre Iguodala 10. Andris Biendrins 11. Jameer Nelson 12. Ivan Chiriaev 13. Ha Seung-Jin 14. Devin Harris 15. Kosta Perovic
