lol, brown is too old to play well so they released him, i don't think you can really compare him to favre

my point is that after a player spends so many years with one team like brown and eddie george they should be allowed to end their careers with that team

my point is that after a player spends so many years with one team like brown and eddie george they should be allowed to end their careers with that team Umm, you have to remember, this is a business. He probally just wasn't worth the money.

With having a salary cap like they do in the NFL they cant afford to keep a guy with his best days behind him and probably would require a high salary because he has been there so long.

They wanted him to be the #3 or #4 receiver and he still thinks he's a 1 or a 2 so he wanted out.
