NFL players now a days are so stupid sort of. Who am I talking about Lewis what a moron this guy gets a god given talent and scews up his life by what he did. Now a days there are few that would play this game still if eveyone was paid 1million only.

Maybe they like the excitement. If I hated football but was great at it I would still play. Maybe they like drugs and killing people more then football or just want to because they know they can get off with light charges.

comon now killing people?
i know athletes do some ridiculous things, but the majority of them are drug related, which does not make it right by any means, but they arent psychotic thugs out to see how much they can get away with. most of these players grew up in low class neighborhoods and were surrounded by drugs for the majority of their lives. im not saying that gives them a right to do things like jamal lewis did or pull a ricky williams, but it shouldnt come as a surprise either. and if you look at percentage's it really is a small minority commiting these infractions, most of the players in the NFL are well educated and dont touch anything above maybe a lil weed, which i personally think should be legal.

Let's see, Ray Lewis might have killed someone, Jayson Williams did, OJ Simpson killed 2, and that Carolina guy killed his pregnant girfriend. Offhand. If you are in the public eye, you shouldn't do anything illegal, unless you want to get all kinds of media hype.

and kobe raped that girl too huh?
im tired of people being acquitted, especially athletes, and people still assume they are guilty. i believe its supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in this country. they did not even come close to proving ray lewis killed anybody. everyone is referring to kobe as a rapist still even though if you look at the evidence as an unbiased party you cant deny that it seems to be shes after money. i cant argue the OJ one, i think he killed em also, but out of all the athletes the few murders that have happened arent over the percentage of the regular population that commits the same types of crimes. i think we put athletes on a pedestool in this country and expect them to be near perfect, which is unrealistic at best.
ps. i know you didnt bring up kobe but ive heard things like that alot lately and felt like addressing it. what better place then here?
i also feel that america in general has a rascist feeling towards black athletes and are very quick to believe the worst about them, but thats a shitstorm i really dont want to get into
( and by that i am NOT trying to insinuate any of you are rascist, im just stating my opinion.)

They can get away or with light charges about almost anything, so if they really want to do it mine as well. I mean if every person got off for killin someone there wouldn't be many people around. Lets just hope a serial killer never makes it to the pros in any sport.

why is that gtown?
we should just through people in jail when there isnt enough evidence to convict them? i agree with you about OJ, everything pointed to him doing it, the jury just lost interest and didnt want to deal with it anymore as far as im concerned. but with kobe and lewis there isnt even decent evidence there to prove anything
