Not to be teh kill joy, but how many polls do we need about who will be the one to go undefeated and then will St Joes go undefeated? Seems like its all the same to me.

I don't think we will go undefeated. I think we lose at Villanova Monday night. It will be packed and loud, big rivalry, and the Cats will be ready to play. However, I disagree with thoses who say we will be upset early in the NCAA's I hate to repeat posts, but the subject is similar:
I disagree with that assessment. I think we will go deep. I am not saying we will win it all, but there is no evidence that good teams in weak conferences lose early. In fact, evidence refutes that premise (UNLV several times, Utah several times, UMASS in the same conference, Cincy when CUSA was just as bad 10 or so years ago, Gonzaga every year). I think we do no worse than the Elite 8, based on how similar great mid-major teams have performed!

Nah, I don't think they'll go undefeated. The Hawks have an easy schedule, but they'll have at least one or two off nights this year.

(UNLV several times, Utah several times, UMASS in the same conference, Cincy when CUSA was just as bad 10 or so years ago, Gonzaga every year). 1) Cincy has never gone deep 2) CUSA has always been good; Memphis, L'ville, Cincy, UAB, Marq., Char., etc.. 3) Pre-MWC WAC was a DAMNED GOOD conference. Tulsa, Utah, FSU, UNLV, etc..

I beg to differ. Cincy went to the final four in the early '90s I believe and those other CUSA teams were pretty bad back then.

Well St.Joe's won. They're going undefeated. They are just too good for the competition they play

Well I'll be damned! I knew we were better than 'Nova, but I really had the gut feeling we would lose this one. I am exstatic! My sister went to UCONN and they were also impressive tonight. I have never been so excited about March Madness!

No it only takes one night to lose and if your undeafeated it is 10x harder to win if you are behind IMO
