I had to pick Arkansas just to show variety plus they recruited a local boy (name is Hill) that is a 6'11" prospect. Don't really think they will be that good this year, but they have a good coach and think they will push UK in a couple years.

this is one of the easiest polls to answer Im not so sure. Kentucky is obviously the favorite. But there are any number of teams that can take it.

Florida, they're a little more experienced, have Roberson and Walsh and shouldn't collapse like they have in previous seasons.

I agree, I think FL will take this division. Roberson will be 2nd team All- American.

UK in the SEC East is like the Braves in their division, better not bet against them. UK in the East, and 'Bama in the West. Fla may tie for east regular season. Fla chokes in SEC, and in 2nd round of NCAA's. UK wins the SEC tourney. Who knows what UK does in NCAA. They are young, but deep.

I agree with Coop. Walsh is good, but I can think of a handful of guys I'd rather have on my team. In fact, we've got one (Keith Langford). And as for Roberson, I think he's got Stephon Marbury written all over him, and that is NOT a good thing. I think his unwillingness to pass up his shot for better ones will cost Florida all season long. They'll win alot of games, but they won't get it done when it matters most.

What are you guys retired CBS Sportswriters? Every year Doyle and his cohorts pick Florida and every year they self destruct and Kentucky wins the SEC. "When will they learn??? When will they learn." -Tubby Smith
