Thats pretty solid, I guess its just like the other computer formulas in that it will work correctly only once the season is over. Teams 4-15 seem to be on each other pretty good, not a lot of separation there... Cincy was #80 at 41.09

"Piddly Little New Mexico" Your so full of S#!T! Enjoy whatever wins you do get this year because you are going to be a cellar dwellar in the MWC! TCU will be a great addition for the MWC. Beginning next year I think it should be TCU and Utah at the top. And by the way....CUSA is probably a stronger conference than the MWC, and TCU has done well in their over the past few years, so what makes you think they will suddenly become cellar dwellars next season. TCU and Utah will dominate the MWC for the next few years.

What a depressing game for us Horned Frog fans. The first half was a decent game. It was a defensive slugfest for about 10 minutes or so of play, and then TCU came alive. By about 6 or 7 minutes into the second quarter, we'd put up 21 unanswered points. Then Tech came alive and tied it up by halftime. As the second quarter ended, I thought maybe I might have a seat at a great football game. Boy, was I wrong. The third quarter began, and soon Tech had scored another 7 points...then another...then another. TCU forgot to come out and play another half. We just laid up and died, letting the Red Raiders trample all over us. I think Tech had gotten up to 56 before we scored again. Near the end of the third quarter (or was it the beginning of the fourth?), we got two touchdowns (complete with extra points) in fairly rapid succession, getting TCU fans' hopes up. Then Tech turned around and scored twice more (the first one was on a turnover play) to finish us off. Were it not for my getting to visit with a close cousin who's a freshman at Tech, getting pretty wasted off of Seagram's 7 the night before the game in the hotel, and actually having fun playing as part of the quarter of TCU's band that actually went to the game, I'd have regretted coming all the way to godforsaken Lubbock. A few cheers and jeers: Cheers to Texas Tech for pulling their heads out of their asses near the end of the second quarter and redeeming themselves after a loss to piddly little New Mexico. Jeers to Texas Tech fans started yelling "f**k you, TCU!" at the band more than half an hour before the game started. Yelling "Boo!" or making fun of us is one thing, but simply yelling profanity for no reason is just plain classless. Cheers to...actually, I have no more cheers, just jeers. Jeers to TCU, for forgetting to play for a whole game. Jeers to the officials, for making piss-poor calls - affecting both sides of the ball - the whole game, starting with TCU's first touchdown, which should have been a touchback for Tech. I think I'm done. It is such a pitty ybriktcu, I guess we are both in the losing column this week. I really thought that game would be better.

The SEC and the ACC are pretty close right now. I am not sure which is better. I put the ACC #1 so that I wouldn't seem biased.

We could have used some Voodoo against the Utes. I guess New Orleans is a bit far from C-Springs, maybe we can get it Fed-Ex'ed or something in time for the Navy game I will see what I can do.

I think LSU went down to one of the VooDoo shops in the French quarter and got some potion that they use on other teams kickers. Auburn got LUCKY to get the Personal Foul and another shot at the PAT. LSU must have run out of the Potion...should have brought a spare vile. Yeah......they sent me down to get some more. The place was closed, so I had to wait a while. They eventually opened up, but it was too late. I got to the game 5 minutes after it ended.

tiger, you probably know about this more than me but isn't Auburn a pretty tough place to play at with the crowd or was it just cause it was a huge game? Yes, but the same can be said for all of the big stadiums in the SEC. Auburn is a tough place to play at on the road. The crowd at Auburn (like at many other SEC schools) are always like that regardless of if they are playing a team like LSU or Vandy.

LSU is still a good team. We got ripped off on the INT we caught before Auburn scored the TD. We had posession, and were in bounds. Had we gotten the call on that one LSU would win 9-3. Anyway as I have said before, 2005 or 2006 will be the target year for the tigers. We drop UGA from the schedule after this year(I think), and will have all of our big games at home next year, with road games at teams like vandy and mississippi state. This year we will go either 9-3 or maybe 10-2. Next year Auburn losses their running game and their QB, so the SEC west will be ours for the taking.
I will post my new rankings in a day or two. Oklahoma is still #1, with Miami a close #2, and USC a distant #3. I think LSU dropped to about #10.

Thank ya I appreciate the hospitality. We wont win the conferece, I think we will finish somewhere in the middle. (Ill say 4th) But its an improvement. Our offense has always been pretty good and we usually lead the conference (or somewhere at the top atleast) in passing, but our defense is less than desirable. But thinkgs are looking up and we are slowly turning things around. I see us as a top competitor in 2-3 years. Good luck to you WyoCowpoke. Good to have some more MWC fans on the board.

TCU will be a big plus for the MWC. I hope the Frogs can fix some of their current problems, and get back to where they should be......at the top of CUSA. TCU should do very well in the MWC. CUSA is losing far too much, and will be no more than mediocre after all is said and done.

Georgia has not impressed me at all so far. However I still think this is a great team. I would say anywhere from 0-2 losses this year. I will go with one, simply because I think they will lose to either LSU or Florida. This Bulldog team definitly needs improvement, however it is still early in the season so they should improve.
