Bill Johnson 59 years old Car dealer in Missou Live in Branson Mo. Hobbies: This sounds cheesey, but my hobbies have pretty much disappeared and I spend my free time going places with my wife of 40 years. My job is a hobby since I am more or less retired. I enjoy KU basketball and verbal battles with my funkbus buds.
Little known fact: I played small college basketball and semi-pro baseball. Ran a marathon in my 30s and won over 50s tennis in Kansas. Now I am just thankful I can walk.

I have a game set up on Yahoo fantasy and it is free. You simply pick the winners of 15 to 20 games a week and see how you do against the rest. There are point spreads We presently have 7 players and have room for 50. If interested follow the instructions below. Welcome to Yahoo! Sports College Football Pick'em. You have created the Private Group called Funkbus and the Pick Set called billswinners in that group. To allow other people to join this group send them the Group ID# (4593) and the Password (riders). Remember, it is the Group ID#, not the group name, that other people must use to join your group. You are now ready to participate in College Football Pick'em. Your goal is to select the winner of each of this year's Top 25 games. Thanks for joining. Good luck. -- College Football Pick'em Commissioner football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/college

I'm going to make the trip to Lex in January to see Kansas fail miserably in Rupp. Kansas getting their first loss of the season at the hands of the winningest team in all the land won't be so bad. Dream on brother.

I assume we are talking basketball. I will attend most if not all of the SMS home games since they are close. Plan to take in a few KU games. Will try to see KU and MU at Columbia and hope to go to UK on the 9th of January if wordjocky doesn't give my ticket to someone else because of my political affiliation.

LOL. Actually the Sunday morning game was against a two year school so Self let the Seniors have the day off. The underclassmen won 101-46 and Self pulled of the pressure defense or it would have been really ugly. I wish Oct would get here. Wait a minute. When you get my age you should not wish for time to go by any faster than it already does.

The trip was a success as the five freshmen received a lot of PT and all showed that they will contribute this year. Giles and Jackson looked extremely good among the big men with Kaun a little behind, but improving. Russell Robinson and Galindo showed their ball handling and shooting skills. Coach Self said the defense was non existent, but will be worked on come Oct 15. The Canadian teams were all outmanned but did their best to give the Jayhawks a work out. Over 500 KU fans made the trip to root on the Jayhawks and the Saturday game was shown on the large screen at Memorial stadium prior to the Jayhawks football game. Rock Chalk Jayhawks.

That is probably why she isn't on much anymore. That also opens up a new theory of what happened at Waco. Oh no, guess we better not go there.

I vote for Robin Roberts as the best looking sportscaster who is related to a possible POY.

roy, I guess someone in your area is spreading rumors that Micah Downs is withdrawing his verbal to KU. He denies it, but it supposedly changing High Schools for his senior year. Back when they were thinking of raising the rim to 12 feet, because of Wilt, I thought they should do away with the rim and just make a hole in the floor so us short ball handlers would have an advantage.
