im gonna say sell to that one, hes good but i dont think hes gonna be able to run the team against that patriot defense well enough to win.
buy or sell: The Niners will fire dennis erickson (head coach) if they dont win at least six games

buy: davis is not particularly forgiving to say the least and turner really isn't showing any type of coaching skills, he isnt motivating his players to go out and win ball games, they have the talent in most cases, they just arent getting it done.
buy or sell : jerry rice will retire at the end of this year

Buy : the jets will beat the patriots. the pressure id gonna just keep building on new england, theyll crack and brady will show why hes not the "best quarterback in the league"
Buy or Sell : the chargers are gonna make the playoffs

jags beating the colts is fiction, jags are just gonna drop further down the crapheap all year
the jets beating the pats i think is fact, they are gonna drop one eventually, might as well be against a good team
ben uhh rotissereburger being the next dan marino is fiction, but he is looking to be pretty damn good
culpepper will not win the MVP
the patriots will no got undefeated
the eagles reaching the super bowl is a fact my friends

yeah i cant believe he was traded for a 7th rounder either..... its just a friggin shame. anyway on the number thing, i dont think any team should retire a number of anyone who wasnt with them for at least 10 seasons (almost their entire career) and it shouldnt be brought out unless given specific permission from the player, in this instance it was. so good luck to rice, hes the goddamn man oh and yes he can still catch and run routes, they just werent taking any advantage of it in oakland anymore, the same way the niners stopped taking advantage of it, then he went to oakland and made some nice plays for em. hes just to old to be excpected to outrun these young guys. hell do some damage in seattle i think, he wont drop balls that hit him in the hands like all the other seattle receivers.

hes not out of shape, i heard hes been working out daily. this is just what the chargers needed (as i said in some posts like 2 weeks ago i think) another target to throw to. this now gives them 3 legit targets for brees or rivers with LT, gates, and mccardell. teams are gonna load up on LT every time they play the chargers, its just a fact because hes that good. they have needed some other threats for a while, they tried to get it in david boston but that was a bust, so hopefully mccardell has 2 good years in him and the chargers will be competitive. if not the rest of this year then next year they will be pretty good, they have so many draft picks comin to them its gonna be hard to screw this up.

WOOHOO the niners finally pulled out a win. thats pretty much its but i guess i should make some topic to be discussed... uhh all i can think about is everything the niners have done wrong lately.... but hey rattay had an awsome game something like 415 yards passing, i think he has the potential to be a starter in this league for a while as long as he keeps himself healthy, this is the first game this season where he has been. on a sour note though julian peterson toar his achilles tendon... thats probably the season for him. 4 defensive starters are injured... we might win 3 this whole year, maybe 4

the chargers are gonna be better this year than last, hell theyve already had a much better start, but look for them really to blow up and be a good team next year i think. the reason why they are winning is brees has another target out there in antonio gates (the TE). this guy is awsome and exactly what they need to take some pressure of off tomlinson, if they can find another recieveing threat they will be very competitive.
btw WOOT WOOT 49ers OT madness win number one lol

yeah the chargers defense has always been somewhat decent, if the offense could just get em a few points and not turn the ball over constantly they are a decent team. the biggest problem is that they havent had any receiving threats in the last 5 years that were healthy, so not only is brees looking like a sack of shit ( i still dont think hes great btw) but opposing defenses can just concentrate on stopping LT, which they cant do half the time anyway. finally brees has another target to throw to in gates, their TE. hes an awsome player and will help alot over the next couple years. now all they have to do is use a couple of those picks they got for manning to get some freakin receiving threats, i honestly think if they are gonna have a serious shot at anything this year they need to work out a trade for a legitamet ( for the life of me i cant think how to spell that... oh well) receiver, if they dont then if they do good in the draft and get rivers starting next year they have a chance to be really competitive.

why is that gtown?
we should just through people in jail when there isnt enough evidence to convict them? i agree with you about OJ, everything pointed to him doing it, the jury just lost interest and didnt want to deal with it anymore as far as im concerned. but with kobe and lewis there isnt even decent evidence there to prove anything

and kobe raped that girl too huh?
im tired of people being acquitted, especially athletes, and people still assume they are guilty. i believe its supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in this country. they did not even come close to proving ray lewis killed anybody. everyone is referring to kobe as a rapist still even though if you look at the evidence as an unbiased party you cant deny that it seems to be shes after money. i cant argue the OJ one, i think he killed em also, but out of all the athletes the few murders that have happened arent over the percentage of the regular population that commits the same types of crimes. i think we put athletes on a pedestool in this country and expect them to be near perfect, which is unrealistic at best.
ps. i know you didnt bring up kobe but ive heard things like that alot lately and felt like addressing it. what better place then here?
i also feel that america in general has a rascist feeling towards black athletes and are very quick to believe the worst about them, but thats a shitstorm i really dont want to get into
( and by that i am NOT trying to insinuate any of you are rascist, im just stating my opinion.)

comon now killing people?
i know athletes do some ridiculous things, but the majority of them are drug related, which does not make it right by any means, but they arent psychotic thugs out to see how much they can get away with. most of these players grew up in low class neighborhoods and were surrounded by drugs for the majority of their lives. im not saying that gives them a right to do things like jamal lewis did or pull a ricky williams, but it shouldnt come as a surprise either. and if you look at percentage's it really is a small minority commiting these infractions, most of the players in the NFL are well educated and dont touch anything above maybe a lil weed, which i personally think should be legal.
