thats true.
Basketball will not be using the divisions.
The have a schedule where you play every team once than a certain 2 teams twice (home and away) and than it rotates which other teams you play twice.
For example, I know Maryland will play Duke and Virginia both at home and away every year.

True.
And i honestly believe he'll get his stuff straight. He'll be back at VT for the spring semester, practice with the team in Spring ball and be the starter going into 2005.
He will lose a year of eligibility, right? So he'll be a redshirt Junior in 2005?

As a marylnd fan, I can identify with your experience. But not with Tennessee fans, wth the WVU fans at this past years Gator Bowl. Every single Tennessee fan i met at the peach bowl two years go was pleasant and nice, before and after the game.

Well, if we're talking most respectable, then I'd say Nebraska, Clemson, Tennessee, and Georgia. Those are the fans that will yell during the game, but you don't have to fear being attacked by them after the game if you're wearing opposing teams colors.
West Virginia fans could learn a thing or two.

Its likely between Nebraska, LSU, Texas A&M, Clemson, and Tennessee. Obviously Florida, Ohio State, Penn State, Auburn, South Carolina, and Wisconsin have arguements, yet I think between the tournout, dedication, and enthusiasm at those 5 schools, they are above the rest.
Nebraska has sold out every home game since 60something (maybe huskersrule can help me out w/ the year)
LSU sells out and those fans down in the Bayou go crazy
The Texas A&M fans have that 12th man legacy and have not let it die dispite a number of down seasons
Clemson has western South Carolina Tiger crazy even in April. Go there. You'll see.
Tennessee. Well, until you've heard 106,000+ people with southern accents sing Rocky Top at the top of their lungs, you haven't heard a folk song.

Well, that OU team was amazing (I said that like I watched them), but the Army teams between 1942 and 1949 have an arguement as well.

You might be right about K-State.
I believe Clemson will be outstanding this year, at the end of last season they were a better team than both Miami and FSU.
Virginia has a lot of ?'s on offense, but their defensive front seven is incredible.
We'll see where they end up

I'm gonna post my early August top-40, let me know what you think.
Also, i don't get paid for this, so please don't get too upset w/ me if i underrate Colorado State because of a redshirt freshman who killed on the scout team last year, just let me know where i'm wrong.

I guess I should give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant some D2 school or something.
But my grandfather would be going crazy, nonetheless.

Wow. The ASU wildcats?
As a member of a family with a rich Sun Devil tradition, I can honestly say I'm glad my grandfather didn't read that.

I'd say the most underrated team in the nation is Georgia Tech.
That defense is impressive.
Eric Henderson is the best defensive lineman in the country and James Butler may be the best safety
